“Eventually had the right part delivered”

“I was sceptical about buying second hand car part but went ahead with suplier which had lots of good Feedbacks, the communication was very good and part arrived spot on time, but, was instructed not to sign until I had checked the part but the man wasn't going to wait for that so signed and just took my chance. The part was well packed and was in good condition, I got the part on the car the same day.”

“The part was excellent and the price was spot on. However it was sent to the wrong address. I tried to get it redirected but got no reply from anyone. I had to arrange to get it from the people at the wrong address. All worked out. I would definitely use you again.”

“Good prompt friendly service. The part was cheer than other sites,it would have been 5 stars but for a dent in the item I bought. Not a big issue as it was a minor dent in a fuel tank”

“It's a difficult review to write. The parts took 3 days to arrive as they come from Northern Ireland and there was a weekend. When they arrived one item was faulty and quite frankly should never have been sent. The other part had seen better days. I immediately contacted them and they offered to send 1 replacement. I did mention I was not happy with the other arm. They offered another solution, they would send brand new arms for a very small amount more or my money back. The response was slightly delayed, as they were busy. 3 days after the faulty parts arrived, the brand new parts were delivered. I was not impressed with what was initially sent out, but very happy with the way they resolved it via brand new parts, at a crazy low price.”
