“Im very disappointed. I ordered part Wednesday evening got confirmation Thursday,but part was delivered only Tuesday. As its should be 24h delivery i booked spot in my garage which i missed. Also spended all day at home and missed overtime. Called number i was given they couldn't explain whats going on. Ok i decided to cancel my Saturday overtime hoping my garage will agree accept my car saturday where my glass will be finally delivered. Apparently i havent glass Saturday either. I called them again few times hoping i will find out at least time and date i will get glass,but after they promised to come back to me they never did... glass arrived Tuesday. Missed overtimes had look for transport to work Monday. Got delivery refund 7£ which is a joke comparing whit amount of money i lost,my nerves and waisted time.... VERY DISAPPOINTED....”

“Tried this company to get a spare tail light cluster for my Mini F56, as they are prone to Earth failure, causing the plastic to melt. Putting my details in was a bit difficult as it kept referring to tail light lenses, however once I’d got over that hurdle and listed what I wanted I was within minutes suprised to get four emails and a phone call for the part I wanted. Explained to a very helpful young fellow what I needed, he checked and three days later I had my part. Ordered Saturday arrived Tuesday, brilliant!! Recommended definitely.👍”
