“pathetic service. Firstly, despite sending a photo of the wiper arm on my car they managed to misinform me by stating the part they have is exactly the same as mine, and it was not. Secondly, I have returned the item back and requested refund and as yet I have neither had a courtesy of reply nor refund of my payment. I have now referred the case to the paypal Resolution Centre.”
