“Booked on 2/1/2019 for collection 3/1/2019, in all day and not collected. Now I have to wait in 4/1 which does not suit. ARGH.”

“I was delighted with the excellent service, the speed of delivery and the really good value on price to post my parcel to Australia. Particularly as it was so close to Christmas the team at Parcel Direct did a great job and my parcel arrived with plenty of time to spare. Well done. I will certainly use your service again.”

“Communication with the company was good, though after waiting in all day long for the parcel to be collected, they never arrived. I received an email at 9.30pm apologising for the non collection, but at this stage i had wasted a whole day waiting in for nothing. I had paid on Wed evening for collection Friday and even with advance booking they never turned up. When i contacted them by email earlier in the day they responded straight away explaining that the drivers were very busy and that my parcel should be collected before 5.30pm, but as I previously stated it never was. Well i contacted them again a few times over the weekend and on Sun I was informed that they would get onto it 1st thing, but it wasn't till midday Mon that I received a call saying they would defiantly collect the parcel before 1pm, they didn't. They did eventually pick it up on Mon afternoon, and even after all the mishap they did manage to get the parcel delivered on the day it needed to be there by, which i suppose is acceptable.”

“Delighted with Parcel Direct service so easy to ID best delivery/cost option and book it. Booked at 11pm last night collected today at 12 noon...hopefully delivery tomorrow in France! Super efficient!”

“Honestly the best service from a courier Company I’ve used. Have used them twice in the last 2 weeks and they are always punctual and helpful. The last one I booked late in the evening and they were here to collect the parcel by 10am. Fantastic service 🙂hopefully the parcel arrives soon🙂”

“ParcelDirect is brilliant! My package was delivered to the US in 6 days during this busy holiday season and it cost €20 cheaper than sending it through the regular post. Plus it was easy to drop it off at a local Spar for pickup. It's a much more professional service than Fastway, which took 5 days to deliver a package from Dublin to Galway, a two-hour drive.”

“An exemplary service with absolutely no hassles!!! It took me just a few minutes to get the lowest quotes, pay for service and have the parcels ready with all the documents ready to be collected. I have used various other services in the past with none of the experiences as great as Parcel Direct. I would highly recommend ParcelDrect to anyone looking for shipping services.”

“I sent a box to Vancouver Canada from Galway on 14th Dec and my daughter received it on 17th December a day early. I was very pleased with this service. They are very helpful on the phone as well. Thanks to Stephen for his help with a mistake i made on customs form. I will use this service again.”

“Hope this isn't a premature review but had trouble sending an item with rechargeable battery via An Post. Spoke to Alex in Cork, I think, who knew every little detail of every question I asked. He was brilliant. He reassured me all would be ok with your service. Found a slightly cheaper price elsewhere but they had no phone number to check details. Booking and labeling is very straightforward. Thank you.”
