This is my first time to use this service, today 7th is collection day from my home. I’m here waiting not able to go to work because I don’t have a time for collection.

I am having troubles and delays with deliveries because of parceldirect website. Postcode doesn't match the correct city, i wrote in address 2 the full address but for the second time the driver couldn't deliver. I could have received my parcel last Thursday but because of this issue i have to wait for another week and contact by myself gls to arrange a new delivery. Customer service is not very useful.

Not happy at all. Booked my parcel on Wednesday evening, but due to paddy's day bank holiday my parcel could not be picked up until Monday. Which is fair enough. But then the gls courier comes to drop off a parcel to my next door neighbours and I go out with my parcel. I got the look that he hadn't a clue about the collection of my parcel. He had no label (gls courier will bring label, so no need to print). I gave him my €350 worth parcel, but I received no tracking, no receipt nothing to say I gave it to him. And no label means he could not scan it as collected. I then tried to ring parcel direct customer service, but that's non existing. I then wrote a message on their website, which has just been ignored. My customer started to ask where his parcel is, but unfortunately parcel direct let me down so I has to let him down. Thanks alot.

Was instructed to drop a parcel at a collection point but they refused to take it. Had to wait two days for the parcel to be collected. No sign of delivery to UK yet after 8 days. On post delivered the same in 5 days

their service is not reliable at all. your collection dates will never be respected and the customer support is just useless.

Excellent price .....but when a problem arose ....Not so good. The problem was caused by a courier and not Parceldirect themselves, however, their follow-up and customer service need to improve.

I was very happy with service and management of the reservation online. It was very quick and efficient, however one of my boxes never arrived to destination. I tried to reach out to the courier and the CS of the company, but nobody was able to help me so far: GLS is redirecting me to parceldirect and pd is redirecting me to GLS. So far, no news regarding my box. I have to say that 4 out of 5 boxes were perfectly delivered though and I'd give a 5 stars for them and the service, however one of the boxes is now missing with no information about that. If there is a delay, this would be perfectly understandable and it wouldn't be upsetting, but not being able to get in touch nor get any information and be redirected to one phone number/department to another is very frustrating. So far, I don't know where my last box is.

Scheduled parcel collection didn't take place. The parcel is ready to be picked up but it is past a collection window already.

Odered pick up from office in ireland to employee in Uk. Attached the given label however the wrong a commerical invoice was given and delivery company would not pick up as we neede a proforma invoice. Contact Parcel direct via email 3 days ago and ask for this to be fixed. There has been no update. Emailed again today.

My parcel arrived at the correct destination (good), despite the online form not accepting the correct post code format. But it was delivered open (a large tear on one side, despite double boxed) and there was no mention or remark of the damage by the courier or the company.

Not the review I want to write first time using parcel Direct and the last!! The costumer service is brutal no help what’s so ever in resolving my issue basic one line replies to my queries with no real resolution to my helping with my delayed package collection My package due to be collected on a Monday wasn’t picked up until Wednesday afternoon, which understand is out of control of the company and the fault of the courier company contracted to the job, but a bit more support and advice from customer service would have went a long way

I choose to Drop off my parcel, and I went to the provided address, but they didn't take it. As I was told there have been other people trying to send parcels from that address, so someone already should complain about the wrong address provided by Parcel Direct. I went to the second address added on web site, but they been surprised as well, as they don't have a contract with the courier I choose through the Parcel Direct website. I had to travel to a different town to send it. No one answered the phone call as it was Bank Holiday. Well, I won't use this service again.

Booked in with Doran’s Ballyfermot to be told they no longer have the access to scan the item in when I’m at the shop Then courier at the house next day refused to take the parcel as there was no battery label given for me to print on it

Had difficulty with the post code. After 3 attempts and lost of day with posting I eventually got it book on line. I even contact by phone and he could not do the booking for me. only on the website which was frustrating.

I was very Disappointed with the service I paid extra to have my parcel delivered in 2/4 days I sent parcel on 17 Dec and it didn't arrive to January 7th

Parcel was due to be collected today and courier never arrived after I paid 63€ extra just to get faster shipping ! I hope they arrive now during weekend !

Courier due today with 5.30pm. Still awaiting arrival at 5.50pm. HQ had said collection time would be met as there was no note added to the log. I presume collection will now be tomorrow.
