I placed my order for pickup on Friday and received notification thst my package would be collected Monday between 9am and 6:20pm. I called on Monday around noon and was told my package would be picked up by 5pm. No one came, I waited the whole day and no one came. The next morning I got a call from the driver asking where i lived, I had given my eircode when placing the order, but the driver was not given that information . My package was supposed to arrive in London the next day, didn't arrive until Thursday. All in all not great service. DHL is the only company that seem to be able to do this right.
