“I found it very easy to find the best rate to return an online order to Latvia o no the website. However, it would be good if I didn’t have physical print the return label. If a scanner could be used when collected. Also, the charges are a bit on the expensive side.”

“Good prices and easy to use however many of the drop off locations on the website do not actually take Parcel Direct packages, I had to go to many many different locations to find the right store. Would appreciate if you update your locations map please! Otherwise all good”

“Very happy with the service except for when I was entering a phone number your system insisted on changing the code according to the address which is of no use to anyone because it's incorrect plus no contact since pick up as to where it is now as I haven't tracking number??!”

“Have used this twice in the past week and the website is very user friendly. Had items to send to the UK from Ireland and both items breezed through customs. Excellent Customer service. There is someone at the end of the phone if you need them. Will definitley use again.”

“The staff helped me when I had enquiries and gave me good and competitive rates the only reason I gave them 4 stars was because GLS let them and myself down when they didn't collect my parcel which delayed me. When I called to ask about it the staff over at parcel Direct were a great help and my package was collected at the time the stipulated. I would use them again, no problem. :-)”

“I booked the courier to collect 2 weeks beforehand. I stayed at home from work on this day. The parcel was not collected. I couldn't get in contact with anyone that day so had to wait until the following morning. I was told that it's busy, it's Christmas, etc. They said they would contact the courier company and get back to me. Three hours later, no update. I am again some from work. I call again. They said they'll collect today. When I asked what the delay was, that I had booked 2 weeks before, they said it's doesn't matter when you book, they only pass on the details to the courier the day before. They did pick it up that day. They came back a few days later to pick it up again. At this point it had already reached it's destination so no idea what that was about. It was delivered 3 days ago and the tracking, last updated today, is still saying it's not delivered. I used this service as it's awkward for me to get to a post office but it wasn't very convenient.”

“I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to send large parcels across Europe. It's not only the most affordable option but also the most convenient. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to provide a more precise time window for the collection. However, aside from that, everything went smoothly. All my items arrived at home in perfect condition, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall service.”
