“- easy to use website - the driver brings stickers, so no printing needed - brilliant online tracking; it is constantly updated - it looked like parcel would be delivered after 4 working days as promised, but for some unknown reason it went back to the sorting center where it is sitting for the last 3 days - no contact has been made yet, very disappointed, it started out so well”

“I am very impressed with Parcel Directs parcel service. The website is very easy to navigate and it only took a few minutes to complete the shipping form. The instructions provided on labeling my package were clear and easy to follow. The price was very competitive and my parcel was picked up early on the arranged collection day by a very friendly FedEx staff member. I will use this service again for sure and I look forward to my care package being delivered safely to my nephew who is in college in Atlanta, Georgia. A very pleasant shipping experience overall.”
