I am very sorry you were unaware of the cancellation, the driver could not find the address and the phone number provided was inactive. “Fantastic service. Worked like clock work. Parcel collected on Monday am and delivered to New York address one week later. Very very happy with the service and I will use it again and pass on positive vibe”

“I am very impressed with ParcelDirect my box Was collected in Dublin and delivered to Düsseldorf Germany within a week. I had a query regarding collection and got an answer in less than 20 minutes Cost wise nearly 50% cheaper than the Irish Postal service. Will definitely use ParcelDirect again Pat Hastings”
