“I took my parcel to the drop off shop and they didn't know anything about it! However I phoned the guys at parcel direct and they were very helpful. They arranged to have it collected at my house. No stress.”

“The site was clear and easy to navigate. Price comaparisons were good, pick up time was efficient. That being said, delivery didn't arrive as listed on my chosen courier. It stated 3/4 days. My package was picked up Tuesday morning and didn't reach its destination until the following Monday. For this reason 3 stars is all I could rate it.”

“Thanks for the delivery. I am half happy due to the delay in getting the package to reach its destination. It was delivered after 2 weeks and after chasing your company several times via phone and web. Great booking system, fast and professional collection at home......only delivery time is unsatisfactory”

“I book the collection for a Friday pickup, but the driver came only on the Monday and I was back to work. I did like the fact that the driver came by the next day to pick up the parcel. UPS did delivered to my brother's house in Canada, but I didn't like the fact that he did have to pay for an extra fee of about CAD41.00 which wasn't clear when making the order. This is the reason that I can only give 3 star in this occasion.”

“Took me an hour to find a service to post a number of heavy items. GLS phone supported pointed me here and I got it sorted quickly after wasting a morning on the phone with UPS and DPD. Will probably use again”

“Didn't do same day delivery- would have thought a courier would have but estimated delivery was for the next day so I would probably just use registered post next time. Otherwise, it was fine.”

“It would be good to be able to select the locations where I can do a drop-off in the area. There is a store very close to us that use FedEx and DHL but it didn't come up on the system. had to drive a few Km to drop the package. The shopkeeper (Joe) wasn't able to scan the package, but he was very good he rang me to say he had spoken to your office and someone is collecting it.”

“It was so easy to book and get my pkg picked up. Unfortunately it was delayed in CDG and still hasn't arrived at its destination! They were Christmas presents for my grandchildren”

Unfortunately, there were huge delays, and the Customs could not clear all the parcels before they were allowed entry into the country. “Should have had a time frame from the office as to when the driver would arrive. The driver thought that this had happened. The driver was very courteous”

“First time our firm used this service with UPS. Parcel was collected in time. However I did not receive any text message or email that the parcel had been delivered which I signed up to and which was essential to know.”

“I'm reasonably happy with your service, but usually find the parcels are never collected on time, sometimes almost a week late. On one occasion I actually had to order another courier, even though I had already paid for yours, but couldn't wait any longer. That said I appreciate there may be some delays owing to current circumstances . Also I've never got the free email you're advertising on delivery. Regards Mikie”

“Parcels were collected by FedEx early on the 1st Feb and were due to be delivered on 3rd before 6pm, still not delivered. The tracking says shipment exception and the virtual assistant does not understand our query. We just want to know what shipping exception is and when to expect the delivery.”
