“This was my first time using Parcel Direct online to book a courier . They did not fail as advertised it was four simple steps . I was sending a parcel to Canada & I choose FedEx . Staff very friendly & helpful . My parcel arrived in Canada on time .”

“Reference PD4647730 My A4 letter was picked up on the 17/3/26, to be delivered to Sal island Cape Verde. Tracked to 27/3/26 where it seems to have departed warehouse. No confirmation that delivery has been completed.”

“On March 23rd, I ordered a service from the company. They were supposed to pick up the parcel from my house on March 24th. I waited the whole day. It's now 6pm. I paid almost 39 euros. No one has contacted me. How do you plan to continue working with this attitude?”
