“The driver came this morning, did not introduced himself that he is colleting packet, I came down, he was very rude, with attidute. Even though, I said to be careful with package, there are glass in the, he said 'I don't care' . Not really sure in what state my package will be delivered. Very rude,no customer servise.”

“Without a shadow of a doubt, Parcel Direct caught me off guard. I was looking for a courier to collect from me next day. What I found through was a courier company who were able to process my information and get it to the most professional couriers I have ever me within hours. Not a day but they processed my request within a few hours and I had a courier at my door by lunch time. Wowza...that is some service. Thank you so much.”

“I had a parcel to send as a gift to family in the USA and made enquiries to parceldirect.ie. They gave me whole lot of options to choose from and quickly answered a query that I had about sending my parcel. I opted to have the parcel collected next day and delivered in 4 to 6 days and that was that. No hassle, no driving out to a collection centre, I just sat at home relaxing and they came to the door to pick up the parcel. Now hopefully, a certain president's new rules will not interfere in the delivery of said package. I am very happy with the service provided so far and will not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in future.”

“First time using this service. A fraction of the cost of An Post, and going to be collected from my own home. Choice of delivery times... I chose 3-4 days, but could have opted for 1-2 days. Amazing, especially considering An Post frequently leaves even registered parcels, languishing in Portlaoise for several weeks before sending. Only hiccup was printing the label, which I had to go to the library to do, and I'm majorly technophobic. Highly recommend this service and will definitely be a regular customer.”
