“Great that you gave me a choice of couriers, but let down by the fact that the courrier failed to show. I booked an express service that cost me over €60 using UPS and courier did not show. Will be looking for refund.”

“A good company to deal with, there was an issue with a misplaced package but Patrick in the office sorted it out, kept in contact with us until item was found (which was the same day). Would highly recommend Patrick, very efficient, easy to communicate with and does a great job.”

“We are very disappointed with this service. It said next day delivery on your website. We are now nearly waiting three weeks for my daughter’s suitcase with all her clothes in it and to make matters worse you seem to have lost it in your Finglas depot. Ref no PD6274293”

“Using ParcelDirect.ie is very easy and intuitive. I liked how I could see different quota on one screen, divided between the different carriers and timelines (express/standard). The ordering process took maybe 5 minutes. There is an option for card payment delivered by Stripe so you feel secure providing payment details. Would recommend and use in the future.”
