“I placed the order to be collected from my house and it was expected to collect on 20th July. No sign on that date. I rang their Cork office on 21st on their number 021-2399548. Staff told me that the parcel would be collected in two to two and a half hours. Waited and waited, no show! Rang Cork office 5 times today (22nd). Nobody picked up the phone!! No email updates, no sms updates, not answering phone calls... what a service is this???”

“My friend used this company to pick up a package from me said they would pick it up Friday between 9 and 5:30, they were almost no show, 2 days later I've heard nothing. Waste of time and money.”

“Charged me four times for one transaction...had to.block my card and raise dispute with bank and now ombudsman. Fraudsters!!- im disabled and elderly and they will not talk to me about it. . o to Liveline now.”

“ParcelDirect is basically Tinder for shipping boxes. You log on, swipe through a bunch of couriers, and pick the one that looks the most reliable for the cheapest price. I managed to send a massive box of Barry’s Tea and Tayto crisps across the country for less than the price of a decent pint. The drop-off at my local shop was so easy I felt like I was pulling off a low-stakes smuggling operation.Great Job”

“I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received. After purchasing a FedEx shipping label through ParcelDirect.ie I received an email with 2 buttons in it. One of the buttons- the "Print Labels" button only leads to a misleading "Label Advice Sheet" PDF wih incorrect delivery details belonging to some MEGAN MURPHY 253 PINT CLOSE RICHMOND MELBOURNE VI 3100 This document is formatted in a way that makes it look like a shipping label at first glance, which is highly confusing and unprofessional. Because of this error, I have been unable to ship my parcel, resulting in an unnecessary delay that has completely disrupted my schedule. I expected a seamless process, but instead, I am stuck waiting for ParcelDirect.ie. to provide the actual, valid shipping label. Won't be using ParcelDirect.ie again.”

“This is the worst service I have ever used in my life For 4 days, the store collection point did not accept my box without a barcode, no one gives it to me If you're bored and want to cause yourself problems with your parcels, contact us directly. We'll always help you with this, and no one will ever reply to your email”
