In the 18th I received my parcel and the content was broken into pieces not repairable.

Terrible experience, they are thieves. The delivery person never came to pick up my order, I cancelled the shipment and they told me they would refund my money. It's been almost a month and I haven't received my money, and they don't respond to my messages or statements. They are scammers and unprofessional. If I don't receive any kind of information or help in a few days, I plan to report them.

Exactly 2 weeks today on the 12th January, I paid for Parcel Direct Service to bring a small package of clothes to a boutique in Northern Ireland. I went to drop my parcel to the nearest depot which according to the website was Crowleys Service Statioin in Youghal, When I went to drop the parcel, it transpired that they were no longer agents so they would not date the parcel. I then went to the next nearest depot on the website which was Spar in Tallow, It was the same story there and they would not take the parcel either. I came home and telephoned Parcel Direct depot in Cork. They said the next nearest was McCarthys in Midleton or I could go to a depot in Cork. My husband was supposed to be going to Cork so I was given a new collection number for Cork but that never happened and he ended up going to Midleton on Tuesday 13th, but as the parcel was for collection at the Cork Depot, they would not accept it. I again telephoned Parcel Direct who apologised for the mix up and explained that it can only be dropped off at the location specified. Then they offered to collect it on Wednesday 14th. I waited at home all day and the driver never showed up First thing on Thursday morning the 15th I telephoned them and at this point I got very cross wtih them. They said that they would get it collected today . I was very frustrated at that point as I was on a time limit get my item returned and eventuallly rather me the guy I spoke to just put down the phone althoug the parcel was eventually collect later that day 11 Days later on today the 26th January, my parcel has not yet been delivered at it destination, it is stuck in their system. It is now passed the date for me to get a refund, so this was one heck of a lesson and I advise anybody to stay away for Parcel Direct. Use any other courier. They are a disaster and they dont care. THey have absolutely no word.

Don't trust this company. They lost my valuable item and 1 year has passed and they still haven't compensated me despite the item was insured. Costume service is a joke and they keep blaming the third part they hired.

Not a good service. I place order on the 16th, waiting for collection on 17th, nobody came, on 18th December still waiting, right now is 12:37 lunchtime, nobody contacted me.

This was the worse service from a courier i ever experienced i paid for same day delivery and drove across dublin to have the package in pick up point before 9 the package arrived 50 hours later Dublin - Kilkenny

Order ID: PD1561783 I booked and paid Parce Direct to collect three parcels from Drillvent Whites Cross Starinagh on, Tuesday 25/11/25. They told me that they would be collected the next day "Wednesday" between 9.30am and 5.30pm. I waited in all day so as not to miss the courier. They did not call to the house and they did not ring me. I phoned the next day to see what happned. I spoke to a man who said that the courier called at 4.30 and got no reply. He said that they would be collected that day Wednesday, no body called. As a result i had to pay another courier to make the delivery. I would like a refund ASAP. Total e58.49

The delivery time indicated on the website does not correspond to the actual deliveries, there is a large gap between the advertised delivery time and the actual delivery.

I paid for express delivery within Ireland, which Parcel Direct guarantees, but my parcel took 6 working days to arrive. I appreciated one employee who was helpful in getting the item collected, which took about 3 to 4 days. However, beyond that their customer service was terrible. They ignored all my emails and most of my calls. One call was answered with a promise to investigate — still no response. Another call was hung up immediately. All my voicemails were ignored. After no resolution, I had to request a full chargeback through my bank because I didn’t get the service I paid for.

As a business ourselves unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this company. I sent a parcel to England and it was held up in customs. Not their fault; however no one contacted us to let us know it was stuck there even though the tracking says they were supposed to have reached out to us. Contacted them via their form, no response, called them numerous times said they would follow up never heard back any time. When booking it says delivery in a few days. 3 week later I finally have it sorted with no help or follow up from them. Very disappointing customer service.
