“Booked parcel for collection at local drop off point. Arrived at the shop to be told they don't deal with GLS anymore due to unreliability issues. No way to change pick up drop off courier details on the website. Should of stuck with An Post. Now have to chase a refund. Absolute hassle.”

“Extremely dissapppointed with ParcelDirect. Booked a collection but the driver never showed up. Tried contacting them via the 'Contact Us' form online but nobody got back to me. Tried phoning numerous times but nobody ever answered the call. Emailed support@parceldirect.ie but nobody got back. Will not be using there service again!!!”

“Unacceptable and inflexible service. Had used an eircode of my office, but because it was registered with a previous company that had moved out, they rendered the eircode invalid. Moreover, they were completely unwilling to find another way, apart from asking us to potentially move the boxes to the valid eircode (literally on the next building). Utterly unprofessional.”

“It is 5:36 and my courier did not arrive; I waited as directed on standby from 9am-5:30pm and beyond. Please advise I need to send this over or to get a refund with further compensation.”

“I placed the order to be collected from my house and it was expected to collect on 20th July. No sign on that date. I rang their Cork office on 21st on their number 021-2399548. Staff told me that the parcel would be collected in two to two and a half hours. Waited and waited, no show! Rang Cork office 5 times today (22nd). Nobody picked up the phone!! No email updates, no sms updates, not answering phone calls... what a service is this???”

“My friend used this company to pick up a package from me said they would pick it up Friday between 9 and 5:30, they were almost no show, 2 days later I've heard nothing. Waste of time and money.”

“Charged me four times for one transaction...had to.block my card and raise dispute with bank and now ombudsman. Fraudsters!!- im disabled and elderly and they will not talk to me about it. . o to Liveline now.”

“I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received. After purchasing a FedEx shipping label through ParcelDirect.ie I received an email with 2 buttons in it. One of the buttons- the "Print Labels" button only leads to a misleading "Label Advice Sheet" PDF wih incorrect delivery details belonging to some MEGAN MURPHY 253 PINT CLOSE RICHMOND MELBOURNE VI 3100 This document is formatted in a way that makes it look like a shipping label at first glance, which is highly confusing and unprofessional. Because of this error, I have been unable to ship my parcel, resulting in an unnecessary delay that has completely disrupted my schedule. I expected a seamless process, but instead, I am stuck waiting for ParcelDirect.ie. to provide the actual, valid shipping label. Won't be using ParcelDirect.ie again.”

“This is the worst service I have ever used in my life For 4 days, the store collection point did not accept my box without a barcode, no one gives it to me If you're bored and want to cause yourself problems with your parcels, contact us directly. We'll always help you with this, and no one will ever reply to your email”

“This service is very disappointed. My parcel never been collected...every time I contacted them they promised to pick it up the next day but nothing happened. After 4 days I cancelled the collection and they processed a refund which is never landed on my account and it's been a month now. I sent several emails since and no response also nobody answering for calls. They don't even deserve a star. Never again!!!!”

“My parcel was never collected. I sent several emails to customer care and was never responded to and no refund was processed either despite me requesting. The other time I had to chase for my parcel to be collected. And then it was delivered to the wrong person who was not even addressee. Very unprofessional. I guess I never learnt my lesson”

“PD8570463. Terrible experience. Parcel should have been delivered 1 week ago. It was collected on 18/05/26 and no tracking since collection, emailed and phoned querying where parcel was and I was lied to and told delivery was scheduled for 25/06/26. No delivery, contacted company again email yet to be responded to so called and was told there is no information on my parcel, it is likely in a warehouse in Cork and it would be looked in to. The worst part is obviously whoever I spoke to last week knew this information, picked a random date to say delivery is scheduled and hoped parcel would be found and I would be none the wiser. It’s baby equipment that I need. I will never deal with the company again. Avoid!”

“I have ordered mail to be collected on 14 May and to date it hasn't been collected, I have rang more than 15 times on different days the phone rings and just gets disconnected. At some point i got lucky and someone answered and they promised the mail will be collected same day. 3 days later nothing has been picked up. absolutely horrible, more frustrating you cant get hold of them, stay far way.”
