“Booked parcel for collection at local drop off point. Arrived at the shop to be told they don't deal with GLS anymore due to unreliability issues. No way to change pick up drop off courier details on the website. Should of stuck with An Post. Now have to chase a refund. Absolute hassle.”

“Extremely dissapppointed with ParcelDirect. Booked a collection but the driver never showed up. Tried contacting them via the 'Contact Us' form online but nobody got back to me. Tried phoning numerous times but nobody ever answered the call. Emailed support@parceldirect.ie but nobody got back. Will not be using there service again!!!”

“I found the Parcel Direct Website easy to navigate and it clearly outlined the different Courier Shipment options. It has an easy to use integrated platform for details, with quick allocation of Address, I would use this service again in the future.”

“Unacceptable and inflexible service. Had used an eircode of my office, but because it was registered with a previous company that had moved out, they rendered the eircode invalid. Moreover, they were completely unwilling to find another way, apart from asking us to potentially move the boxes to the valid eircode (literally on the next building). Utterly unprofessional.”

A lady who has given birth and who lives in a refugee centre down the country was able to receive large shipping boxes filled with essential items she desperately needs. Keith, the delivery driver, couldn’t have been nicer in collecting the packages. Shout out to Keith!”
