“I initially had a problem with completing the order on the website. When I pointed out the problem the staff were really helpful and that was soon sorted. Delivery took a while and then I had to delay by two weeks but, when the trees arrived, the driver was very good in helping myself and my colleague get the trees up a few tricky steps. An awkward location to deliver to which was managed successfully.”

“The two trees were left in my front drive on their sides, nobody knocked. The larger tree (15 foot) has litchen of n the bark. I and my gardener with the aid of a wheelbarrow managed to manevoure the tree into a prepared hole in the rear garden. Despite copious watering every evening I'm concerned for the trees health. Unlike the smaller tree which is green the larger one has drooping brown leaves I hope it is temporary as a result of the heat wave.”

“I'm very pleased with my order and would be happy to order more from Paramount Plants in the future. All the plants arrived in time, healthy and in perfect condition. The customer service team was helpful and responded very quickly. I only wish I had been informed ahead of the delivery day that we should have ordered a two-person delivery team, as the Strawberry tree I purchased was too heavy and needed two strong men to bring it through our flat to the patio. If not for our neighbour who kindly gave us a hand, it would be quite a challenge. The delivery driver was also very helpful throughout the process and gave us some advice on caring for the tree.”

“Over the moon with the 3 pleached portugese laurel trees I purchased last month. The trees were in perfect condition on arrival. I have back problems so enlisted the help of my teenage daughter to bring the trees through to my back garden but the driver was kind enough to bring all 3 trees through for us - fabulous customer service! Can't wait to watch my trees mature and fill in the frames.”
