“We were extremely pleased when we received our Cedrus Deodara - it was exactly as we had hoped. It was planted almost immediately and is doing well - well watered in the excessively hot weather and now enjoying all the rain. The service and advice we received from the company could not have been bettered. We shall certainly consider ordering from Paramount Plants again.”

“The plant was strong and healthy and was well packaged upon arrival. The plant was advertised at £50, reduced to £37.50. After I had placed my order I subsequently found similar and larger plants priced between £40-£45, so not quite the bargain your website suggested. Add to this £29.95 delivery and the total of £67.45 seems to me to fall somewhere between an enthusiastic pricing structure and a rip off. Add to this a 13 working day delivery, when your site says allow up to 10 days, all I can say is that I shall not be using your company again.”

“The plant did not have as heavy foliage as last time but still very happy. There was a delay in my order but was kept was informed. I have ordered a number of times and they have never let me down. Would highly recommend buying from here if you want a good quality plant. No other online company comes close to this one.”

“Purchase 9x Laurel plants. The plants arrive before the suggested delivery date well packaged and as described. My only comment would be the the pots were absolutely bone dry, but after a good watering the plants picked up and all's good. Would definitely use this company again, thanks.”

“I was impressed by the packaging for my plants; enough to ensure tha they did not get damaged in trasnit but not over done and sufficient to stop them drying out enroute in the 35C temperatures that we were experiencing at the time of dispatch.”

“I wasn't happy with the first plant I purchased so I contacted their customer support, sent photos of the plant as they requested and they sent me another plant free of charge and told me to keep the first one and to keep watering it and that it would be fine. On the back of this excellent service I have ordered two more large plants which were both on offer and which were in excellent condition when they arrived. Cannot fault the response and service of Paramount Plants.”
