“The specimen delivered was not good and as it was a gift it has been very embarrassing/ inconvenient to try to organise a replacement.”

“All x3 trees received but root ball not pots. Planted as instructions and watering daily but a few yellow leaves. Unsure if they come with a guarantee!”

“Service was very good, I got my order wrong first of all but called them and all sorted in minutes, great customer service. I also thought I would wait at least a month for my mature conifers but arrived in a couple of weeks, a very happy customer.”

“A repeat order, as the first time I used the company I was very impressed. The process is very easy, great website, brilliant staff communication throughout and excellent quality plants at a reasonable price. Bonus points for trying to cut down on plastic waste.”

“I ordered a reasonably large tree, which was out of stock but delivered reasonably quickly. It was left on my driveway and the delivery guy didn't bother to knock at the door. When planting the tree it had grown so far through the bottom of the pit that it was impossible to remove the pot which had to be cut of in small pieces. This took over an hour to achieve with tin snips and there are still bits of pot surrounded by roots. The tree its self is lovely and appears to be doing well.”

“I’ve had four of the standard Eleagnus Ebbingei trees from Paramount along with tree supports and soil conditioners. Great service, very courteous delivery driver and the trees are amazing, beautifully straight and very healthy. If I had more space for more trees, I’d definitely be back to buy more. Wholly recommend.”

“VERY NICE TREE ,SORRY TO SAY ONE OF THE FONDS FELL OFF AT THE WEEKEND,WE HOPE THE OTHER ONES WILL BE OK.WE HAVE SENT YOU A PHOTO OF OUR GARDEN. JUST ONE OTHER THOUGHT,WE THINK WHEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING OF THAT SIZE THERE SHOULD BE TWO MEN ON THE VAN.HE HAD QUITE A JOB GETTING IT OFF THE LORRY.”

“Thought delivery charge expensive. Have planted in garden waiting, but a little worried they are going to take As there was a delay in delivering, so arrived looking rather sad. Only time will tell, fingers crossed really too early to recommend.”
