“Ordered an Acer tree and the whole process was flawless! Delivery was on time and the tree was gorgeous - the pot was a little damaged in transit, but this didn’t matter as we’ve planted it out.”

“The initial service from the sales associate on making a selection was great. Just don't expect a quick turnaround from order to delivery as there is no guarantee that what is shown in the site as available is actually in stock. This was not clear to me on placing my order. First, one plant I ordered needed a size switch (totally fine). A few days later I was notified they were waiting on stock for another item, with a vague ETA. 7 days later I was alerted they were still awaiting stock. 5 days later (after I sent an inquiry), I was told the stock they were waiting for did not meet quality standards. I asked them to send what they have and refund the rest, which they did as I needed to do planting before it was too late. I finally got my deliver another 8 days later. While I understand the circumstances of COVID and stock shortages, the process could be clearer upon ordering that the process takes a few weeks start to fulfilment given their business model. You are also not able to choose a delivery day or time window, so you just have to hope that you can make yourself available for the slot you are given.”

“Over the past five years, | have purchased several mature trees ( hornbeam, photinia and hawthorn.) Not only have all the specimens arrived in a healthy and lush condition, they continued to thrive after planting, and provide a wonderful backdrop to my garden. And when Paramount state they are going to deliver at a set time, they do just that: no cancellations, not excuses for delays. All in all a highly professional company and a pleasure to do business with.”

“The plants were delivered very prompt and well packed. We had to store in the pots for a few days and they remained healthy and are now looking fantastic planted in our garden.”
