Plant arrived and had been dislodged from the pot, it was obvious from the root ball that a small plant had been placed into a larger pot prior to departure ,so I did not receive a 1.5litre plant

Ordered 2 packs of Westland gro- sure slow release fertiliser which finally arrived after a long delay & a couple of chase ups. Understandable to some degree, but not happy that I was charged delivery for each item, which were sent in one box by carrier. Feels like profiteering to me.

I was a bit disappointed by the lack of foliage on the four trees I ordered, and kicked myself for ordering online without viewing the plants first.

Delivered the wrong plant: somewhat cheaper than the one we have paid for. Paramount agreed to replace it five days ago, but have not yet notified me when this will happen. Problems can happen (especially during a pandemic) but for these prices, we would expect a better resolution of the problem.

Whilst the description of the height is correct I think it would be good to inform customers of the width. They are very thin. I purchased some of these last year from somewhere else and whilst the height was the same they were a lot fuller. I was very disappointed when they arrived, very anticlimactic.

Unfortunately the 4 Photinia red robins looked as though they had not seen any water for some time. I had to water them for several days and they have come back to life but have as a result shed 50% of their leaves leaving the shrubs a little sad and certainly not worth the £240 i paid for them. I will not be purchasing plants again from this company

I ordered ten plants originally and then had to amend the order. When I called I was advised by the person I spoke to, to email Kamil, but never heard back from him. I then called again after I had received the delivery info and spoke to Karen who dealt with it effeciently. I don't understand why the first chap I called couldn't deal with it and then Kamil, even though I titled the email urgent in capital letters.

I found the plants very expensive when compared to my local nurseries. I hadn't realised just how small the plants were going to be.

trees arrived and had only just been-potted so the rootball lifted out of the pot , been in seven days and they are not looking very good

We had to wait over a month for our Trees to arrive. Every week I got a template e-mail saying certain trees were due in on the Friday then nothing, then the same email the following week. This meant we had to leave our clients garden and return at a later date, loosing us money and upsetting the client. We have been offered 2 x free deliveries which is of no value as I'm not keen on ordering again! Also think we may still be waiting for a refund on one tree that wasn't supplied. The tree's we did receive were of a good standard but the damage was already done.

My order of a magnolia from Paramount experienced a succession of problems: 1. The initial delivery time could not be met but was delayed about 10 days. 2. Paramount were unable to give an 3stimated time of delivery, even on the morning of the delivery day. 3. The tree on arrival was horrendously pot bound. However, on reporting these issues to Paramount they did seem genuinely concerned to improve for the future.

Unfortunately, all but 1 of the 13 trees were unacceptable. The specimens were of such poor quality that it was necessary for replacements to be ordered. Second order was better, but not brilliant, however, why were such poor specimens sent out first if on asking for replacements, they are of improved quality. Customer service good after initial delivery was unacceptable.

I ordered my favourite hydrageas from different two companies, small pots from another company first and then hydrangea standards from Paramount. The former arrived leaves looking healthy and hydrated. The paramount standards I wasnt happy with and if the delivery driver had let me leave them on his truck I would have done. Although the soil felt hydrated upon arrival, I believe they hadnt been kept well hydrated prior to transport as the leaves were all partly brown which seasonally shouldnt have been the case. All the hydrageas in the garden centre plus the other lot from the other company were green and lush. However I watered the standards daily and have planted them out after decided not to send them back. Two have signs of bud and I am hoping to see sign of the third too. Crossing everything that next year they will be happier and healthier.

Thanks for your feedback Katrina - as per email below on 21st September 2019 from our Customer Services we haven't had any further communication from you but we are pleased you will keep these plants monitored and of course if you have any issues next May when they start to refoliate please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind regards Karen Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry you were not 100% happy with your purchase of Hydrangeas. We do suggest in our delivery email that issues are referred to us at the time of delivery so we can immediately address any concerns and view photos of the plants if you are not happy. If you had advised us at that time in August we would of course have collected the plants if they were unsatisfactory to you. The delivery was by courier to you so they are not always able to load back immediately but our deliveries team would have arranged a collection if we were alerted to the issue. We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their plants. We strongly recommend that all plants are watered on delivery which would in most cases immediately recover the plants. I am pleased you have done this. If you email photos to us now we are happy to give you are advice. Prior to dispatch all plants are kept on a strict watering regime on irrigation drips but plants can dry out in transit in warm conditions and hydrangeas are more sensitive. We are pleased you will keep these monitored and of course if you have any issues next May when they start to refoliate please do not hesitate to contact us. We are a well established family business with over 25 years of supplying mature specimens so we are here to assist with any concerns you may have. Thanks Lucas
