“Overall I am happy with this company. They keep you well informed, via email, of the order status and what to do once you receive your plants. There was a short delay sending my order out, but I was kept upto date and it arrived intact and well watered. It would have been nice to have had some sort of delivery tracking on the day, but this is not an option available. My only real issue, hence the 4 stars was that the small tree I ordered, although well secured for transport purposes, would have been almost impossible for me to remove from the pot had I not had a husband with tools to enable the removal of the two pieces of bracing wood which were wedged into the pot and stapled through the pot into place. They were large heavy duty staples and were pretty difficult to remove which tarnished the experience for me.”

“Everyone delivers more or lesson time. Thw difference with Paramount is the plants are premium quality, grow and thrive everytime. Would not take a chance on any other, particularly if you are ordering in quantity”

“I wanted this new cultivar of the mock orange for a new bed near to my patio area. Purchased two mature plants in 20 litre pots. Very well packaged and protected. I greatly look forward to seeing them in all their glory in the summer.”

“I am looking forward to seeing how my Acer looks when it has leaves etc. in Spring - so far it is not easy to review it as it has bare twigs - but the twigs are a nice colour I will say. I found the Paramount Plants wesite useful for information on how to plant the Acer - as I am not an experienced gardener. The instructions for planting were helpful!”

“Paramount Plant provided an excellent customer care service throughout the buying and delivery of my three Cherry Laurell trees. What also swayed my decision to buy from this company, is the detailed guidance provided on their website with regards to the correct planting of said trees, including the products required necessary to ensure the best possible outcome in their new home. “Eight Pleached Hornbeam Trees arrived while I was at work, the driver called me and left them at the side of house as instructed. I arrived home to find them exactly as described and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the training frames not to mention the trees themselves. Because of work commitments I had a professional plant them and was reassured when he told me that he thought they were great quality trees and couldn’t believe the price, perfect for the job and compared to other companies at an excellent price. Fingers crossed they’ll survive this cold snap and snow. Thank you Paramount Plants.”

“my Pillar shape cedar trees (4) arrived safely and in good condition, but have unfortunately suffered from the strong winds/gales this year, and now a couple of them look a little drunk! the root ball arrangement for planting them is good but begining of December was my unfortunate choice!”
