Hardcover seem very high quality and nice! But the spiral, while priced sensibly the same, seems of much lesser quality and much more fragile.

While I enjoyed the concept of the planner and loved being able to add my vision board to the front and back covers, I’m not happy that almost all the tips of the pages came dirty!! Especially since it was considered custom and had to wait longer for it to arrive. I do have other Papier products purchased instore at Nordstrom that came in great quality. I would probably prefer to just pick up in person. Just thought it was neat to be able to customize the pictures to be my vision board so I ordered one from the Papier website this year.

In the past, (about 3 years ago) I ordered The Secret Garden Foiled journal for myself. I recently repurchased it, personalised, as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately the quality has diminished so significantly, it may have been a one-off, but the journal print was slanted, the gold-foiling that used to be really classy and delicate is now gaudy, raised and tinny. I was surprised and disappointed.

I was expected much better quality paper based on the reviews and the price. I’ve had $10 planners that have thicker paper. I also think it’s not clear when purchasing that the month overviews for the entire year come first then a monthly plan for the entire year then the weeks. I wish there was a way to customize the order and have it each month at a time. Overall I don’t think I’ll be purchasing again. The additional monthly planning pages and lack of quality paper are not worth the price.

I am a planner girlie and love papier and have used their planners for years. Slightly disappointed this year because the design I ordered (Italian summer) cover was pink instead of cream (what I wanted) as advertised (see photo). Papier told me that color variation is to be expected. I guess maybe I am particular but idk it just didn’t sit well with me because for the cost, I would like to receive the product as pictured (and not have to forgo a 15% refund because I customized it). :(

I bought a personalized planner with an art deco stylized front. The design is wonderful but the raised foil on the cover began to fall off after one day of use. I would not recommend.

This is not what I ordered. I ordered a personalized planner with three pictures of my grandson on the cover. Ordering was confusing because the ordering page had previous orders on it.

I can't find where I can leave a product review. I'm disappointed in my purchase for a few reasons, some of which are on me, but I did want to make sure it was known that this planner is definitely mass-produced and not well made. Every time I turn pages, a pile of tiny paper shreds is left on my desk. And for something that you have to turn pages on regularly (between the monthly/weekly views), that's not a sign of something that is well made. Should've gone with my gut instead of a product that could be personalized. It's not worth it.

Paper quality is great, the designs of thier diarys are unique but the sturcture/layout makes no sense.

I received a cookbook for Christmas and for the price, I am disappointed with the quality. The paper inside feels like newspaper. Does not seem like it will last long at all

Very mixed, ordered two items and only one showed up, no explaination as to why but the missing item was sent out on the same day that I raised the issue without any hassle. Positives, customer service was quick to send out the missing item and importantly kept me up to date on any issues with the order. The original order arrived in very good time and in suitable packaging. Negatives, no explaination as to why I only recieved half an order. The order was for Christmas so it was an important delivery day missed and it was also to an address that I don't live at which then added further issues. The missing item was set to arrive before New Year but due to suppling issues got pushed even further back into the new year.

Use it a lot but wonder if you quality check cards? I sent a photograph card to Australia and apparently one of the heads was chopped off which I wouldn’t of purposely done.

Although the products and idea seem nice generally unfortunately every step of my order from the company so far has been frought with difficulty and disappointment. As I'm not an IT expert I could have done with a bit more assistance with the ordering process as I wanted the product to be perfect for my daughter's wedding. Unfortunately as I was doing this during unsocial hours the only way I could get advice was by awaiting response to my email. I was not actually able to speak to a person, not even the next day and I felt under pressure to get the order done due to multiple reassurances that the product would arrive on a particular date in time for Christmas. It did not in fact arrive on that promised date and the delivery process was chaotic, misleading and confusing and inconvenienced me greatly however the response I got when attempting to unravel the process was dismissive at best. When the product arrived my daughter noticed that the pages were wavy rather than lying flat in the book and although the customer service advisor was initially helpful I have now sent two further emails with zero response. Frustratingly I have only received generic emails such as this. I am left feeling that the company just want my money and once they have it any notion of care or customer service goes out the window.
