“The quality and aesthetic are very good in regards to stationery. The shipping and detail updates could be better with more consistent live updates. My package has come 4 days late, and there were very little updates that reflected its live status for me to plan accordingly for my semester appropriately.”

“I love the quality of Papier's academic planner, but there were some features lost between last year's academic planner and this year's academic planner--there's no longer a recipe section or a finance tracker that I found helpful and there's now only one bookmark. These are small things but they make the product less impressive.”

“It is a very nice hard cover planner and very well put together and the personalization came just as it was created online. For me, however, I would prefer a flatter flexible cover planner that you can slide into a duffle bag briefcase. Just my preference.”

“Personalized Weekends Journal I purchased a personalized Wellness Journal. Is absolutely beautiful in design and quality overall, and the actual planner content is brilliant too (motivates you to write a little very day and become more aware of arras that need a little attention/yourself). However, shipping took a bit longer than expected and after just one week my book mark has already ripped (without heavy use/pulling). Maybe it’s just mine, but it’s not great quality for the price! (PS: I blocked my name out of the picture 🙂)”

“Papier makes a high-quality product, no question. This is my second year ordering a planner. Sadly, my order got lost in shipping. I contacted Papier and was blown away by their customer service. They responded to my request within a few hours. They replaced the product and shipped it out immediately at no additional cost to me. I was beyond impressed.”

“I have purchased a few planners from Papier. They are beautiful and well made. My only issue is the shipping packaging. My recent planner was barely contained in the cardboard sleeve. And it was raining so it did get wet.”

“I loved the mini you and me coffee table book. I was concerned the pictures would come out blurry so I contacted a member of the team, and they were extremely helpful with crediting the amount back to me and allowing me to redo the entire order. The results were amazing! Clear images that give a really professional look.”

“Bought a mid year diary and love the new designs. However, I dislike the new format with less space for every weekday - it doesn't give me enough space to record things and write my to do list. Might have to replace it which is a great shame and waste of money. I wish the old format had been kept.”

“We used Papier for our wedding stationary and were pleased with the quality and designs. There were plenty of designs to choose from. Generally products were delivered within a week but some orders took two weeks. Only disappointment is that products were limited. For example, we couldn't add inner pages for our order of service, so there was not enough room to print lyrics to hymns. However if you are having a shorter wedding ceremony, this wouldn't impact you. Also we didn't have the option of reversing the placing of text on the name cards. For the design we picked, peoney greeny has the more colourful side for the bride and groom name whereas we wanted the guest name to be there.”
