Great coffee, excellent customer service, but I've had a few problems getting the pods to engage properly with the machine, meaning I've wasted a few. I seem to have resolved the issue myself by piercing the foil slightly before putting the pod in the machine. I prefer the stronger options too, but all taste really good.
