“Been a customer for a few years now. Pact has always been first class with there products, there customer service and sending what coffee I want, when I want. Absolutely top class. This is the first time I have EVER written a review about anything. So they must be good.”

“Can’t actually fault this service one bit. Coffee arrives on time and my last minute changes to order dates and quantity are as I want them to be. You could add a possibility to give an additional bag to a different address and my account holder to pay for it would be cool however :-)”

“Just started to receive coffee from Pact Coffee and I am impressed so far by the delivery when promised, the package that goes through the letterbox without needing to be in and, of course, the taste and quality of the ground coffee itself. Would like 50gm sample packs to taste the other coffees.”

“The products are great and varieties each month is delivered. The cost is reasonable with good quality of coffee. The delivery is fast with replacement of damaged package when it was soaking wet from the rain. The system is good with the reminder of delivery so if you want to change date of delivery then it's easy to do so. Website is easy to use and managing my account. Customer services are very quick and dealt with problems promptly. I have been a customer for some years and a very happy one!! I recommended to my office manager to install it at work too.”
