“Lovely coffee and decent value. I love that you can have your next delivery ASAP and that you can change the frequency of your coffee orders. I wish the bags were a little bit cheaper, but that's just because they are slightly on the pricey side for me. However I understand why they are priced the way they are and the coffee is truly delicious. I also wish all the coffee bags came with a coffee tasting guide. My first bag did, but subsequent bags haven't.”

“Been a customer for many years now and coffee is ALWAYS excellent, esp. the limited edition roasts - a real treat! Great flexibility with coffee plans; cheerful, colourful website that's user-friendly. Staff always super-friendly & helpful when contacted. Love PACT Coffee!”

“Hi, I’m only on month 2 of my plan and so it’s all very new. I did ask a question about coffee choices and Miranda was very helpful. If I want to try a couple of coffees that Miranda suggested and that I’m guessing, won’t necessarily be part of the my plan, can I change my plan? Can I just order what coffee when I want and not have a plan? Thanks”

You can always easily change your plan via the 'your coffee plans' page on your account. Here, you can also amend the next coffee you are receiving. You have complete control and flexibility over what you receive. Alternatively, you can do one off purchases from our Pact shop- if the coffee you want isn't available on your plan and you did't want to change it.
