“Amazing service, I wish that the lower tier of price could have a wider variety of coffee but I suppose that's what you pay extra for, either way, awesome value for money.”

“Amazing coffee! It is a great way to get into some really good quality coffee with an easy subscription and sign up and every new pack is a new coffee!! I do wish that i could get my packs in smaller portions though. I drink coffee 5 times a week (not a lot) and so the coffee doesn't stay as fresh in the bag as I have it for a month. Other than this, great product!”

Hi Andrew, we're thrilled to hear that you're loving the coffee and our service! As much as we wish we could customise orders, offering smaller bags would create more packaging to recycle. As a company we're trying our best to be conscious of the environment. If freshness is a concern, we would recommend storing your coffee in an air-tight container, and hopefully this will have it smelling and tasting fresher for longer. Hi Roo, we hope you’re loving the coffee and our service! We're sorry to hear that you aren't too happy with our decaf options, though! Decaffeination as a process is unfortunately very expensive and we can currently only offer one coffee at a time! We do try and change up the coffee from time to time but I can appreciate if you're looking for more variety! As we grow, we're hoping to be able to offer more decaffeinated coffees! “I like Pact a lot. I'm not convinced by the selection algorithm though as despite always ticking that I don't like the citrus flavours I still get sent coffee that is tastes like marmalade or orange. That aside, great product, great service.”

“Really love the options of how you receive your subscription. Being able to delay a delivery and change how you receive the actual coffee, from whole bean to one of a number of grind sizes, allows the flexibility you need to suit your current situation when each order is due. The variety is great too, especially with the occasional special ones thrown in!”

“I have been having Pact Coffee delivered for some time now and enjoyed most until around last 3 packs. They have been medium -light roast I much prefer a medium -dark roast taste to my coffee... I have given the last two bags to people who maycontact you if they like the coffee blend. Please send me a medium -dark in future. I have tried contacting you by email it will not send due to incorrect address.”

“Great quality coffee, just not sold on the whole plan thing and the gift voucher I got as a present ended up being worthless as they offered the same discount for new joiners anyway”

“cannot score v good, yes service was v good and kept well informed but I would have liked a choice of grind. Your offer, was much to fine for my Gaggia Classic, resulting in me giving up due to waiting time for a brew! Had to mix with off the shelf coffee.”
