“The lower end subscription is nothing special but the top end is very nice apart from an issue I've had with a bad batch. Customer service is excellent too and they quickly sort any problems.”

“Great coffee delivered to your door. When we didn’t like one it we were sent a new one. Like trying different types of coffee and the ethical focus.”

“I like the fact that it comes frequently and the coffee changes regularly. The coffee itself has always been of high quality and the team that work there have been very accommodating to questions and queries. I'm only going 4 instead of 5 because it is noticeably more expensive than supermarket coffee”

“Pact coffee are very efficient in keeping the customer informed and up to date. The coffee is great quality although not being heavily roasted may not be strong enough for some.”

We hear you about the decaf coffee - at the moment we are still a small company so unfortunately we're not of the size just yet to be able to offer more than one decaffeinated option at a time. However we do rotate the decaf option throughout the year, so you can enjoy some variety through the months! “The coffee has been great, the service means if I run out it’s not for long and I’d say the only down side is the price, i get the £9.99 package and realise the fair trade pays fairer prices to the farmers, perhaps it’s the postage that bumps it up? I won’t be cancelling anytime soon!”

The cost of the coffee is divided into the cost we pay the farmer, getting the coffee here, and sending it to you on First Class P&P every time. In our Micro-lot range, because the coffee is a much higher quality than our other offerings, the grower is paid a much higher sum to reflect the excellent quality of the product - I hope this helps offer a little more transparency! “I really enjoy getting my subscription. The taste of the coffee is really smooth and doesn't curdle when using plant based milks. The only issue I have is, when I signed up I got a free hario v60 and some filters. Id would be amazing to add on filters to your subscription too. The ones in the supermarkets break so easily. Other than that small issue, I bloody love pact. You changed me from a coffee liker to a coffee lover”

“Great coffee, Great customer service and a really user-friendly website I love the way you can choose what coffee you are getting next and how easy it is. Only thing I would change is I'd like more Ethiopian/Kenyan coffees. (I know there is one available now and I can't wait to have a go on it) also, another great thing would be information about how the different processes that the coffee has gone through have influenced the flavour (washed, natural etc)”

“I'm glad I found Pact! The coffee is brilliant and the webpage is easy to use. I would like to see a larger range of coffee, from different beans all the way to different flavoured coffee. I think it would target a bigger audience with more variety! But I would recommend pact to anyone, in fact I have reccomended pact for coffee pods to my customers who have bought pod machines from me! To everyone at pact, keep up the good work!”

“I like how the orders can go through with just one click but sometimes it almost too quick in a sense that there's no way of cancelling it, and what you can do is just to wait for it to arrive and refund it”

Our coffee selection can change from every week to every month, so it would be difficult to manage a mailing list at the rate the coffees switch.
