“I really look forward to my PACT orders arriving. Tasting each different new coffee is fun. Pact coffee is now part of my daily routine, and a real treat, No other coffee will do now. To me its a real luxury.”

“I have been really enjoying my Pact Coffee - I use a cafetiere, and have found that because the roasts are light, I use more coffee than a regular commercial brand to get the flavour, but the coffee's I have been sent have been so interesting and varied in flavour and I have been loving that. I would like to be able to repeat buy coffee's I have particularly liked. I really liket thatI am supporting small coffee growers this way too.”

“The Coffee is fantastic. I’ve tried multiple subscriptions but PACT is by far the best. I like the heads up via email that the coffee is on its way, I like the option to adapt my order every time that email comes through too. Just really impressed by the whole package so far.”

“When I first tried out Pact I was sceptical about the flavour and quality really being better than “normal shop bought” coffee. I have to say I was extremely impressed by the smooth, complex and very satisfying products that Pact provides. I have four plans on the go. One each of House, Select and Micro-Lot all of which are whole bean for our De’Longhi bean to cup machine. I also have a Select plan for ground coffee for the V60 coffee dripper that I use at work, also purchased from Pact. The quality of the coffees are absolutely top notch and having been a member for some time I have sampled a wide variety of different beans. That’s part of the attraction, having the ability to sample beans that simply wouldn’t be available in the super market. The service I have received has also been superior too with the occasional email to check I am happy. On one occasion I received the wrong product that was also ground instead of whole bean. I emailed feedback t customer service and not only did I get an apology I also received an FOC replacement by first class post. I wasn’t expecting a replacement as I could use the ground coffee in my dripper. The price may seem steep at first glance, but I assure you, you do get what you pay for and the coffees really are worth the money. Thanks to everyone at Pact for an excellent customer experience. B x”

“Pact coffee deliver incredibly fresh roasted coffee to my door and a remarkable price considering the quality of bean consistency of grind and again how freshly roasted the beans are. With the addition of an education about the coffee beans they deliver. Pact coffee has literally revolutionised the way I think about coffee. They have turned me from someone who likes coffee to someone who loves it. The ability to choose grind size from french press to espresso means that pact coffee has moved with me as I have gone through the different brewing devices. I love pact coffee.”

“Consistently great coffee, and you can tell just how freshly roast it is when you make it. However my favourite thing was the customer service when one week there was a problem with the mail. I had a replacement sent out within 12 hours of contacting Pact.”

“I was recommended to use pact by a customer, he made me a coffee and the toast was great. As we got chatting he gave me a code to use for £5 off my first order. Since my first order I have received fresh beans every 14 days without fail. There has been one issue when the bag that came was not as full as they normally are I sent a message through Facebook and this was dealt with within 1 day and received £3 credit towards next order. The varieties that I have been sent have excellent and far better than buying them in a supermarket and not even visiting a coffee shop as often. It’s a fantastic service and will always recommend it.”
