“I searched the whole internet for this colour paint for my shed. When it arrived, it wouldn't stir and mix, but the lady on the phone was amazing, and a new tin arrived early the next day, which was perfect. Thank you so much for a brilliant product and fantastic service :)”

“I don't usually leave reviews; but honestly can't fault this company, quality products. We had a delivery issue (damage) and customer service came back in less than 5 minutes and had dispatched a replacement part! Would highly recommend and would purchase again without question.”

“I am not usually one for reviews but on this occassion I feel as though I need to post one because of all the negative ones being posted.... We ordered Swing set with monkey bars and climbing wall. Was VERY sceptical after reading such negative reviews! I can honestly say that it was delivered within the 7-10 day delivery window, I was contacted by the delivery company to arrange a day to suit me. It was delivered on time. We have yet to put it together as the weather has been against us, I have so far checked the parts and everything seems to be there. I know we can only speak as we find and so far we have no complaints. Thank you Outdoor Toys.”

“My dealings with Outdoor Toys was excellent. From order to delivery (within a few days) everything moved quickly and smoothly. The quality of the product - play centre with slide, swings, lookout tower, climbing frame - was top notch. I have already recommended them to all of our friends who have children”

“Although I had an issue with my order (some fixings were missing), the after sales customer service I received was excellent. I emailed to advise of the issues & Becky came back to me with a number of options to put this right. She was very apologetic, explained that this is something that doesn’t normally happen & was keen to make sure I was satisfied with how they resolved my issues.”

“We ordered the Rebo Wooden Swing Set with Deck & Slide plus Up & over climbing wall on the 23rd February 2024. It arrived with 7 days, the slide was missing but that followed on a few days later and wasn’t a problem. My 5 year old grandson absolutely loves it,and seems really well made and sturdy. The whole process was easy , and Beth was lovely to deal with and had the missing slide ordered and dispatched the same day. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone considering purchasing garden toys. Delivery guy from DX was very helpful and polite .”

“I ordered a car for my grandson for Christmas which arrived on time - my sons family were going away for Christmas so this was only opened in the New Year - The personalised number plate was found to be missing - i rang their contact number - they could not have been more helpful and reordered the number plate without question and arranged it to be sent out to my grandson - thank you - the car is excellent as I also found the customer service!”

“Just received my order today! When I originally ordered it day sat 7-14 days but upon reading the reviews i know this wasn’t going to happen, called them after two weeeks and they advised it would be another two weeks. Called them again just to check when i could expect the order. Really helpful staff on the phone on both occasions … last lady I spoke to chased the order up as she said the order was waiting on just one part. Said I would have the order by the following week which I did. Really happy with customer service apart from two week delay which isn’t an issue. Now just to build the swing/slide set! I would recommend the company despite all the bad and negative reviews!”

“We ordered a swing set for our Grandchildren. It was delivered well within the time quoted. We were kept very well informed of the delivery and the expected time of arrival. As there was no-one to receive the delivery I arranged for it to be left in a safe place. The driver put it safely round the back of the property as requested. Unfortunately the cross bar had a spilt in it which we felt was unacceptable so we contacted customer service first via email enabling us to send pictures then as there was no reply the following day I thought it best to phone and speak directly as I wanted it resolved quickly. The lady I spoke accessed the pictures that had been sent and could see why I was concerned about the cross bar. She said she would order another which would be delivered the next day. The replacement cross bar did arrive the next day just as I had been told. Brilliant service. We are more than pleased with the swing set for our Grandchildren. The price was very good and the product was everything and more than we had hoped for. All in all a very good experience. Thankyou Outdoor Toys for making it go so smoothly”

“Got quoted 7 -14 days for product and finally received it after 10 weeks, don't use the company if need item for a certain date, Son had nothing to open for his birthday. Despite this Once the product did arrive my son was made up, top quality materials and looks brilliant 5 good Stars for the product, aesthetics, and quality 5 rubbish Stars for communication, delivery times against quoted delivery times and ruining birthdays”
