Just received my order today! When I originally ordered it day sat 7-14 days but upon reading the reviews i know this wasn’t going to happen, called them after two weeeks and they advised it would be another two weeks. Called them again just to check when i could expect the order. Really helpful staff on the phone on both occasions … last lady I spoke to chased the order up as she said the order was waiting on just one part. Said I would have the order by the following week which I did. Really happy with customer service apart from two week delay which isn’t an issue. Now just to build the swing/slide set! I would recommend the company despite all the bad and negative reviews!
