Lies on website, worst customer support Our review is based on facts We placed our order on 15th April 2026 and the tracking number we recieved didnt show anything. We paid 809 pounds for climbing frame and we didnt recieve anthing for 2 weeks and their website say 3 to 5 days. We then chased our order by emails and phone, initially promises were made but no delivery. We contacted outdoor toys multiple times before putting negative fact based reviews so people are aware of this. Then Becky contacted us 2 days ago who really delivered her promise. Becky made sure the product is delivered. She was in contact with us till it got delivered today on 1st May 2026 and kept us updated. I hope other outdoor toys will improve their courier or change the courier to a more reliable company. Thank you Becky for your help.

There are lies on the website, website claims delivery in 5 business days, it is been 10 business days, it is not even dispatched. We contacted the support multiple times, they always claim, it is been dispatched but the courier company which they gave the tracking number, says they don't have any knowledge of that tracking number. If you want to wait for weeks and weeks for delivery, likes to be lied about your order mulitple times, wants to spend the whole summer waiting for your order and use it in winter, you are welcome to order from this website.

Great product – it seems well made and is straightforward to put together. However, delivery took around two weeks and arrived in three separate shipments, which is unacceptable when the website clearly states a 3–5 working day timeframe. There was also no proactive communication about the delay. I only received an explanation after chasing it myself, which isn’t good enough. Customers should be informed in advance if delivery expectations can’t be met.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered an electric car for my grandson . The car arrived minus the plate we ordered - despite 2 calls and assurances they were sending it has never arrived . We will be taking out business elsewhere in the future .

I don't usually leave reviews; but honestly can't fault this company, quality products. We had a delivery issue (damage) and customer service came back in less than 5 minutes and had dispatched a replacement part! Would highly recommend and would purchase again without question.

We ordered a birthday present for our child. It was supposed to arrive a week ago. The cheap currier that they use had rung to ask that I unload their van as the driver was unable to the day it was due to be delivered and there was an issue with their tail lift. I took a day off work for this. I waited in all day and the order didn’t arrive. I’ve rung outdoor toys three times to find out what is happening on the latest call it sounded more promising. They said that the currier had decided not to deliver the parcel as it was sent damaged and they would send a new product straight away and update us when this is on its way. Unfortunately still no product, still no updates besides someone will contact you next week to try and schedule a delivery (which went fantastically the first time!). We’re going to have an upset child tomorrow who is not going to receive a birthday present this year. With the amount the item has cost we can’t afford to get anything else. I so regret ever having anything to do with outdoor toys. So many similar competitors with similar priced products that we could have had delivered without issue.

This is a very difficult company to get a refund from. Delivered part of the item, minus the main component. Despite several attempts to get a refund had to resort to dispute resolution by bank. Would not recommend at all. Grandchildren were left disappointed.

Our playset is less than two years old and the main slide had a serious failure where it cracked all across the bottom when my 10 year old was sliding down it. Very luck not to be injured. Not only did I have to battle with an AI agent for days before I could get a human response, when I did they just didn't seem to care. Very disappointing.

Ordered a Swing set for my granddaughters birthday - first package only included the main cross beam, the swing and chains etc. Called them to advise both 'A' frames missing, these took another week to arrive and there were still parts missing, again, over a week to arrive. Swing itself is good value for the price paid, but their customer service and packing skills are truly lacking (sending heavy wooden items out only wrapped in tape - setting DX and other couriers up to fail) Would not buy or recommend this company again.

Very disappointing experience. They take your money but fail to deliver, relying on an unreliable third-party installation company. The lack of accountability and poor communication make this feel like a complete scam

There was a bit of a delay with this product but nothing to be too concerned about. the product itself we are happy with it sturdy and easy to assemble. HOWEVER dont buy the boat swing option, ours had faded very badly, so much so that the top is not a light grey and the bottom is black still, also the weather has weakened the fabric and it has torn. I contacted the customer services and they say I have to purchase a new one, as the boat swing only has a 6 month warranty where the rest of the product is 12 months. Clearly this item is of poor quality.

We were very happy with the outdoor toy set we purchased .We received excellent customer service as any questions asked were dealt with efficiently and any issues were resolved promptly and successfully. This is our Granddaughter's favourite toy and it provides her hours of fun in the garden! The price reflects the quality and the delivery was satifactory.

They deserve not even a star. Just disappointing. Ordered double swing for kids, received a box with seats and fixings, never received the wood frames, waited more than 2 weeks without any update or information if I will ever receive the package. Called them twice, first call not answered and secon call took over 30 minutes to be answered and the customer service lady told that my package been lost in transit and will receive replacement till end of week,being last week. Nothing more from them. I would never try to buy something from them.

Terrible customer service. Order was significantly delayed (over 3 weeks after due date so missed my daughter's birthday) and I was told this was due to courier issues they had been having. No-one contacted me to tell me about these issues or to try and resolve it even though they were aware. I contacted customer services who were eventually helpful and able to send out a new order (the old one was 'lost') and I was told to contact them when it arrived to sort out compensation (they offered- I didn't ask). I contacted them by phone on 15th April and was asked to email. I did that the same day and still haven't received a response other than thank you for your patience. Product was good when it arrived, although the monkey bars feel a little wobbly, but the customer service would put me off recommending the company or using again.

Delivered only half the equipment, won`t answer the phone to customers, e-mails don`t get answered. So if your looking for goods to be there on time and complete try a different company as outdoor toys can`t be trusted. Terrible customer service quick to take your money.
