Very disappointing experience. They take your money but fail to deliver, relying on an unreliable third-party installation company. The lack of accountability and poor communication make this feel like a complete scam

They deserve not even a star. Just disappointing. Ordered double swing for kids, received a box with seats and fixings, never received the wood frames, waited more than 2 weeks without any update or information if I will ever receive the package. Called them twice, first call not answered and secon call took over 30 minutes to be answered and the customer service lady told that my package been lost in transit and will receive replacement till end of week,being last week. Nothing more from them. I would never try to buy something from them.

Terrible customer service. Order was significantly delayed (over 3 weeks after due date so missed my daughter's birthday) and I was told this was due to courier issues they had been having. No-one contacted me to tell me about these issues or to try and resolve it even though they were aware. I contacted customer services who were eventually helpful and able to send out a new order (the old one was 'lost') and I was told to contact them when it arrived to sort out compensation (they offered- I didn't ask). I contacted them by phone on 15th April and was asked to email. I did that the same day and still haven't received a response other than thank you for your patience. Product was good when it arrived, although the monkey bars feel a little wobbly, but the customer service would put me off recommending the company or using again.

Delivered only half the equipment, won`t answer the phone to customers, e-mails don`t get answered. So if your looking for goods to be there on time and complete try a different company as outdoor toys can`t be trusted. Terrible customer service quick to take your money.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 27th February and order still not complete, ordered the swing and slide set and am still waiting for the slide, roof, steps and braces. Emailed every day and they have done absolutely nothing to instil any hope that I will receive my play set. By the way outdoor toys PayPal dispute in process and if nothing is received by 4th May I’m getting my money back. TICK…TOCK!

I ordered the Rebo Wooden Lookout Tower Playhouse with 6ft Slide & Swing over one month ago. The delivery was split into 8 parcels and for some unknown reason the delivery company delivered the parcels 1-2 parcels per day over the course of a week. This was really inconvenient as they didn't specific delivery times and I had to stay in all day. In the end they only delivered 6 of the 8 parcels and I've been chasing the remaining 2 parcels for weeks. Neither Outdoor Toys nor the delivery company have any idea what items have been delivered and what's outstanding. It's come to the point where my only option is to return what I've received and go somewhere else to purchase the playframe. I'd also note that the playframe has no pre-drilled holes so anyone assembling it would need to measure the placing of the holes as they build it. This would likely increase the complexity and time to build.

Ordered a swing and monkey Bars set on 8/3/25. Finally arrived on 28/3/25. Main swing post was missing from order so reported this on 31/3/25. It is now 21/4/25 and we are Still waiting for this missing item to arrive despite several emails telling me it was being picked for delivery and will be despatched on that day. Poor customer service all round. Do not recomment

I asked for my order to be sent out 3/4 days delivery, 8 days later it still hasn't arrived tracking isn't up dated and one of their tracking methods you have to pay for. Their message says they pride themselves on excellent customer service - I am not so sure.

Placed order for swing set on 18th March with a delivery time of 5-7 days. Still have not received the item and it has meant that it has now missed a child's birthday. Have emailed several times and been told issue with the courier but no one can give me an actual timeframe for delivery. Have tried calling several times over the last few days and the phone just rings out with no update on email neither.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Purchased a children's electric car with extended warranty - product has hardly been used and no longer works after just 6 months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS

I'm unsure how you're still able to trade with such scathing reviews. I ordered a swing over a week ago, when checking on my order I've been told each time that today is the day for dispatch. A few days later it's the same story. I even asked if I should expect by a certain date to avoid a childs birthday disappointment or if I should order elsewhere. I was assured that date would be fine for receiving the swing. That is now tomorrow so I know that won't be the case.

My order was never delivered. Ordered few items 15 days ago and still no update on it. I don't understand why they keep advertising everywhere if they are unable to deliver due to high demand

Very sneaky product descriptions. We order a 24V lamborghini car for our toddler and initially we thought it was a little sluggish for a 24V car; our neighbours also said the same... Speeds are advertised up to 8km/h and we are barely getting that. However, as time has gone on, we have needed to buy a new battery. First of all, they don't sell this car no more (wonder why) and therefore can't advise what battery we need; they want us to send pictures of the car and battery when I can provide an order number... The lady on the phone said what does the voltage show on the battery and plug to which i said 12V; she then advised I needed to order a 12V battery - which is fine - but I initially ordered a 24V car? Customer service then go onto explain that because it is 2 x 12V battery that is 24V which actually is not; it depends on the wiring - wired in series is 24V but wired in parallel is still 12V; wired in series provides more voltage which essentially increases the speed of the car. Wired in parallel increases the storage capacity of the battery which increases the run time. The reason we wanted a 24V car was to have a 'faster' car for our kids; not a sluggish car. With the above considered, it seems we actually have 2 x 12V batteries wired in parallel which is basically a bigger 12V battery which is not what we wanted. I wouldn't mind if I only paid circa £250 but after spending nearly £500 I feel this is a very misleading way to sell cheap products for more profit... Customer services have been contacted and i'll update as appropriate.

Absolutely shocking company. Ordered a bike from them to be emailed saying it wasn't in stock. So I rang them and spoke to Pete who said they had another in stock so changed to order over. Then over a week later and email came through saying they couldn't fulfill order after sayinging it was getting sent out on numerous occasions. Really poor company and consumer service. Joke

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS Ordered a trampoline 3 months ago. They delivered 3 boxes out of 4 after a month of chasing they delivered a 4th box. Wrong box. Another few weeks and they delivered another box again wrong. We still don't have the right box so I have a garage full of their incorrect boxes. This is despite they have photos of all the boxes we have and me explaining 3 times which box is missing. Oh and if you actually get to speak to them they tell you they'll call straight back but never do. Do yourself a favour and avoid them.

i ordered 2 kids electric bikes one came fully open and missing parts, they are clearly sending out seconds and returns to new buyers, after showing them proof they offered me 4 traffic lights worth £25, the bike was out of its wrapper, stickers was missing, bolts missing, battery was plugged in and connected and also flat as the other bike was fully charged, the delivery driver also tried to hide the boxes by stacking them then vanished quicker than you're money, i spent £200 and this is how the treat you, avoid at all cost, reported to resolver. scumbag company, scumbag staff ripping kids off at christmas.

Received my Rebo swing set from them in really poor damp condition, think had been stored badly. They refused to replace but offered a mighty partial refund of 30 pounds. Really poor and smug customer service tone, avoid these folks!
