Ordered a Swing set for my granddaughters birthday - first package only included the main cross beam, the swing and chains etc. Called them to advise both 'A' frames missing, these took another week to arrive and there were still parts missing, again, over a week to arrive. Swing itself is good value for the price paid, but their customer service and packing skills are truly lacking (sending heavy wooden items out only wrapped in tape - setting DX and other couriers up to fail) Would not buy or recommend this company again.

There was a bit of a delay with this product but nothing to be too concerned about. the product itself we are happy with it sturdy and easy to assemble. HOWEVER dont buy the boat swing option, ours had faded very badly, so much so that the top is not a light grey and the bottom is black still, also the weather has weakened the fabric and it has torn. I contacted the customer services and they say I have to purchase a new one, as the boat swing only has a 6 month warranty where the rest of the product is 12 months. Clearly this item is of poor quality.

Triple swing delivered quickly - 1 good point. Driver couldn't find a couple of parts, so the swing can't be assembled. Promised he'd come back later or the following day. Didn't do so - Minus 2 points. Tried phoning - "we're alsways here to help" - like hell. No-one answering - all gone early because it's Easter. Minus another point. So our grand-daughter will now face Easter with a pile of bits of wood - but no swing. Disgusted all round.

*23 days delivery *Lack of communication - little to none *you will have to chase the order yourself when it doesnt arrive when expected *no prior expected delivery date you just get a email to say it will delivered today 8am-6pm *delivery will be split in multiple deliveries so expect to waste more than one day waiting for your delivery

Well... The instructions are very poor in places. Parts where missing... They did come eventually but there was not information about this it just showed up. Also we have a damaged seat for the toddler swing and I think 30mins on hold is too long, plus there is no response to emails. we need this changing as little man can pinch himself if he uses the seat as it is. What we have is usable and the kids do love it but I would not recommend using outdoor toys.

We placed an order for several items, optimistically expecting their arrival within two weeks or at most, 14 working days. However, five weeks post-order, we're still awaiting delivery and sincerely hope it arrives while it's still summer! So far, we've only received a beam, which was shipped separately due to its size. Unfortunately, the beam had a split in it, necessitating a replacement after a discussion via Twitter direct messages. It's truly disappointing that a basic visual inspection wasn't conducted before shipping. Despite receiving an apology, we were not offered any discount or compensation, and we're still waiting for the full delivery. I've awarded two stars rather than one, primarily because their customer service was at least responsive. Update: The items arrived on July 31st - having placed the order back on June 18th

Ordered a metal swing set with slide/boat swing/monkey bars. Delivery was good but swing set is flimsy, especially the monkey bars. The whole thing wobbles when you try to use it. I did leave a review on the product itself but it’s been deleted!

The item was a lot smaller than pictured. Not worth the money at all. Box was a little battered also.

I didn't like the fact that it was advertised that it was free delivery, there was no small print advising certain exclusions. So I had to pay an extra £40 to get the lorry. I also found that the emails after quite abrupt about not contacting you regarding any concerns about the delivery. I know people have to be more patient but if I have any concerns when I have spent over £400 I expect to be able to contact the company that happily took money.

Paid for express delivery Turned up a week later Boxes were battered Half the order missing Spoke to Anastasia who has a complete attitude Worst customer experience I have had in a long time.

Took about 3 attempts to deliver the right items and were unhelpful and rude on the phone. Expecting the customer to measure every piece of wood to find the missing one isnt good customer service. Make a note of what you ship in each box so you know what pieces are missing if you forget to deliver one of the boxes. I havent got time to be measuring 50+ bits of wood to solve a problem you created.
