“Not sure about 'Fast Delivery'. Ordered a toy on the 27th November but still awaiting confirmation when it will be dispatched. Not impressed at the moment.”

“I have recently purchased the Rebo double swing which Is perfect for my 4yr old and 10 month old baby. It is also a great size for my limited garden. You NEED to buy additional ground pegs (which is recommended by outdoor toys) but this is not stated in the product description that you have to purchase separately (stated on instructions in product box) I have now ordered these but will have to pay the costly delivery cost twice now. I think it would help future customers to have this noted on the product description.”

“Came good in the end but I had to have some parts replaced that were damaged on delivery. It was a bit of a stress experience being so close to Christmas. Waiting on phone to customer services takes far too long. Need to employ more call handlers. Replacements arrived just in time. So I’d give 3 and a half stars. Thank you.”

“I am happy with the goods. although due to the rain we have not had the chance to erect. Delivery service was awful due to Outdoor not being able to use their service. Not notified of delivery. Items left out in the rain. No message or knock on the door.”

“The product seems to have arrived in good order but l was very disappointed to find that no holes were predrilled or even marked up on any of the pieces. This therefore requires a lot of prep before it can be built. This is a little more than the self assembly that is suggested.”

“The car came in good time but in the wrong colour with a few small scratches, when operating the car with the remote the car keeps pulling to the right even if there isn't any child sitting in the car itself which is liveable but can be annoying as you have to keep jolting it left every second. When my 5 year old drove the car itself it looked like the car drove well with no issues. We drove the car on the road, path, gravel, garden and in the woods with a man made dirt path and had no issues. The most annoying thing is the pulling to the right using the RC feature as this was for my 2 year old we have to use it as he doesn't know how to drive it yet, without this issue and the colour mistake would have been 4/5 stars.”

“Lovely once put together but instructions were quite poor coupled with each piece not being labelled turned what should have been a relatively quick build into quite a timely one with parts being removed and readded. Tip if you have purchased expansion packs look at all the separate instructions to see how it builds into the main piece of kit S we found we had to remove the whole run of wooden treds to add the expansion pack in. Overall it wouldn’t stop me repurchasing but need to build it in to your build time.”

“Loved the product. Loved the delivery - which was quick, easy and completely hassle free. The assembly instructions were good - but can be much better. The screws and nuts were all in one bag making it a job by itself to sort out before starting the project. The two screws that are supplied with the slide is too long and because it comes with a closed nut, there is a 1 cm gap between the bolt and the wood, therefore the slide is loose. I had other screws so had to change it. There is no mention of how high the platform is to be, so the user must figure out that the height of the slide is to your liking - I guessed the height, now the slide is a little too steep. Wish I had kept it lower so my kid could have a more gentle slide rather than a fast one! The swing seat is nice, but better locking mechanism is needed to keep the chair from sliding back or forward - there is a plastic cap on the underside of the seat - but it keep slipping on the rope. The ladder to the platform of the slide needs to be inclined and not vertical as small kids are certainly not able to climb it. The inclination should be adjustable so we can change the difficulty for the child to climb up. I have not fixed the steps because I now need to buy some timber and make the steps inclined or make actual steps. All this being said, I would certainly buy from them again purely cause of the easy of purchase, delivery and over all quality. Well done on your wonderful product. I will certainly look to buy more toys in the new future.”

“The ordering and delivery service was great, however the swing set we ordered has some massive splits in the wooden frame, to be honest I’m not sure how long it will last which is such a shame. I do understand that some splitting in the wood is natural and to be expected however, I think the splits in our frame are beyond that. We erected the swing set, noticed the splits in the wood but then left for a holiday and feel it may well be too late now to make a complaint about it.”

“Absolutely love the swingset. My girls are so happy with it. However, the ground anchors which I paid extra for were not great. Could not get them into the ground! We also did not get a specific delivery slot. Just a dispatch email saying it would arrive in 5-7 working days. It was lucky we were in. Don't think my neighbour would have been happy taking a parcel that big! Lol”

“Return policy makes out that it would be simple to return goods. I had ordered the wrong swing set so didn't even open the goods. Outdoor Toys offered a full refund but what they don't make clear on the website is that you have to organise the return yourself. Because the swing poles are so long and heavy courier costs for me as an individual were quoted at around £200 by 2 firms. Outdoor Toys will have a corporate deal with a courier service so it would cost them less. Service would be better if they organised the return via their own courier and charged you a fee as the cost to them would be much lower. I'd have paid Outdoor Toys a moderate courier fee for them to return as it was my error but quotes of £200 to get my £300 refund were just too much.”
