“I ordered a climbing frame tower with added Den pack, The order did take a month to get to me, which was fine as I ordered in plenty of time for my daughter’s birthday. All parts came on a big pallet and my tracking detailed updated to give me a two hour time slot. My husband and father in law took two days to put it together and it is fantastic, so pleased with it. Very sturdy and well made. Will be purchasing from this company again as for us we had no issues.”

“Arrived today 12 days after ordering so all good, think all pieces are there, delivery was good. communication could have been better as only got confirmation email and delivery tracker was not sent (but found on order) - note to others use paypal to order as easier to raise a dispute if needed. Thanks”

“I ordered the "Rebo Wooden Lookout Tower Playhouse with 6ft Slide & Swing" on 15th April and received on 16th May. I emailed for a delivery update on 10th May and received a reply on 11th May. I did try and call once, but hung the phone up after being on hold for 1h 30m. I didn't receive an email with shipping/tracking details, luckily I came home from work for lunch on the day it arrived. Some of the cardboard boxes and wood was pretty wet which suggests it was lying outside and not in a warehouse etc. However, it's now built and looks amazing, really sturdy and my son loves it. Therefore, giving 4 stars only reason not to give 5 stars is the lack of communication and being outwith the expected delivery time.”

“Very good service & delivery, but the only thing I’m disappointed with is when I ordered , nothing was suggested, until my husband was putting it together, they advised getting the anchors , this should have been either already in the order, or highlighted when ordering.”

“Product is great my nearly three year old absolutely loves it we opted for the lookout tower without the swing. Great value for money. great quality very happy with item, great quality wood, screws and Plastic items. The reason I scored a 4 and if it wasn’t for the great product and team it would be a lot lower Service when getting through to a team member was fantastic from the individual. However correspondence is minimal, 48hours of delivery notice not given. Delivery company wasn’t provided just dispatch so was unable to track until the team emailed me with company. Expect a order confirmation then nothing for 14 working days. Then just a dispatch. Disappointing considering you get more correspondence from a low value item from pretty little thing. Second downside and I was prepared for this one as had done my research and read a lot of reviews. So this isn’t a negative it’s a heads up to please prep yourself that the hour given for assembly is not true allow yourself a day if you are a novice or half a day if you are handy with a drill and tape measure. None of the wood is labelled, none is pre drilled (we was happy with this as sometimes pre drilled holes are rubbish) the instructions quite basic. Make sure you staple them together if there is a light wind 🙈😂. I did have to ask the delivery driver to bring items through to my garden he was fab and very courteous. More than happy to.”

“Ordered monkey bars climbing Frame and slide love it and so do the kids!! The customer service was great, quick response on questions! Took me and my husband 5 hours to build but not hard Delivery took just over 2 weeks, just one thing on delivery it comes on a pallet as large item and as we don’t have a drive way they could only leave on side of road so make sure you have someone to help take it all in as some bits are large and heavy! The delivery company also said they would call an hour before delivery but never did! Otherwise Outdoor toys and the frame itself amazing!!”

“We purchased this Wendy house a few months ago and I love it, the only downside is the length of time it takes to build! I dread to think the amount of hours it’s taken to build this and the instructions are really poor! We actually had to get a replacement door because the split door just did not fit properly! So I would recommend anyone to NOT get the split door! The fence has taken ages to get up too! It’s just been a slog but I do love the end result and it feels very good quality!”

“Very pleased with the Tower Fort and the children love it (5 and 2). Reasonably straightforward to put together once started - might be helpful if the various bits of wood came marked with W1 or W2 stickers etc rather than having to measure and sort through them all to work out which was which.”

“Delivery as advised however packaging was damaged. The bag containing screws burst, screws all over box, luckily none were missing. Looking at the very detailed instructions, I feel it would be more beneficial if the pieces were pre-drilled and marked in some way, making assembly a bit easier”

“Easy to put together did it on my own. Drilled holes to make it easier to put screws in but didn't on the crossbars as they are only thin and one split so would recommend drilling holes before screwing in place. Used spikes to hold in place and seems very sturdy.”

“The quad is fantastic highly recommended for parents to get for any of their kids only problem with my quad i received was it came with 3 wheels with same tyres and 1 wheel with a different type and size of tyre making the steering and driving off centred would appreciate it if could get this problem solved please and the stickers were all crumpled and make it look terrible and easy to peal off when on the quad will pay for new stickers if that is possible but would appreciate it if this tyre problem is solved with your business have got pictures and sizes off wheels and tyres if you need them thank you”
