“The car was good, we had some issue with the low speed as was not working and the car was jittery, but customer services was very helpful and sent us replacement and this started to work again.”

“Really pleased with product, very good quality. Only reason I have knocked a star off is because I wasn't given a delivery date on or after ordering, the first thing I knew about delivery was an email on the day to say it was out for delivery which was very short notice!!”

“I would’ve given 5 stars however the couriers you use XDP are awful. They were meant to deliver between 4.20pm and 6.20pm. I got a phone call that same day at 8.30pm to say they would be with me in 15 mins. At 10pm I went to bed. In the morning I got an email to say that XDP tried to deliver which was a complete lie. I txt them to ask where and what was going on and they just replied that the swing would be with me at 10am. It was and the swing is great my 3 year old loves it. I bought the toddler seat as well because he’s not comfortable or stable to use the older child’s seat yet. Well worth the money. I also ordered the 4 pegs/anchors as they aren’t included with the swing. So outdoor toys I recommend you change courier company to someone better. Thanks”

“The assembly instructions could do with more narrative The frame for platform for the slide could benefit from some corner brackets to aid construction Fitting the platform before securing in the main legs/ poles to the horizontal beam ensures the spacing is correct Grandchildren yet to use this will be the ultimate judgment so time will tell”

“The swing and service was excellent the only reason for a star knocked off was I ordered a pink accessory and was sent a green one. The kids absolutely adore the swing set and it will hopefully last for years 😁”

“Took around 11/2 hours to put up by 2 people without any difficulty. Everything included even ladder. Good value, happy with everything so far kids been on it several times & now been up for around 2 weeks.”

“Bought the 10ft slide. Looks good, well made and still in the process of installing but should be straightforward. Delivery was when expected approx 4 working days from order, no damage. Only slight quibble was that we couldn't track the order, but as explained delivery company was upgrading their system.”

“Delivered in good time, swing is of good quality and relatively simple to construct. Stakes are just not long enough to put into the ground to properly secure the swing so we are looking for alternative stakes.”

“Very straightforward to put together and can be done with one person. Great little swing set for our girls (3 & 5 years) we haven't cemented into the ground and it is very sturdy whilst they swing.”

“The ordering experience & delivery were great, but I had an issue with the pump on my pool & Outdoor toys just past me on to the manufacturer instead of helping me themselves. Bestways are the slowest firm I have ever dealt with for solving issues or even returning my email, so if Outdoor Toys had helped out with this matter then my whole experience would have been complete”
