“Order was delayed due to weather conditions, the staff responded doing everything they could and succeeded in getting the delivery to us before an important birthday. Well done OUTDOOR TOYS.”

“We were happy with the process of ordering and the speed we got the quad bike. We didnt get a call before it turned up but was much sooner than it was expected juts lucky we were home. However we paid £100 for assemly and the frist time it was ridden it was discovered it was not 100% as my sone found the steering went one way and the quad the other. There was a few other issues not done properly. We took it to a garage and got it completed properly but apart from that great service.”

“Service was very good Quad bike nice but I would say it not for 14+ I would say 6+ to be fair a small part from that all ok . Thank you”

“Received parcel in good time as stated. Upon putting it together was found to be faulty, contacted customer service and they were excellent in offering me a new car or discount. Went for a new car as damage too bad and it was here the next day, just waiting for collection of other one now. Staff kept me informed all the time and were very efficient and professional. This is my second purchase from outdoor toys as bought a swing in summer and would use them again”

“Love how the swings clip on to the frame however I have a 7 ,5 and 1 year old and frame still wobbles when all on it so better concreted down”

Hello Rebecca, So glad you like the swing. I would like to advise that it shouldn't be concreted down. May I suggest you pull the legs out as far as they will go as that will offer more stability. “Swift delivery and seems like a robust product so far. Delivery man left item in neighbours garden, as we were in all day I assume he got the wrong house, spotted it so no harm done.”

“Good selection of toys and my kids are very, very happy with their new ride on car. The customer service was very helpful. Only downside was the courier XPD that had no contact details and didn't deliver the item. However, Outdoor toys were quick and efficient in getting in contact with the courier and having it delivered the next day.”

“Hi I just bought a double swing from you. I am happy with product itself, but don't like the way how this was delivered. Somebody get into my garden and left it over there without any notice. With big items like this i would expect a message when product will be delivered, I could easily claim now that i have never received the product so, please go back to company which doing transport for you to inform customer about planning delivery and if they leave item somewhere else to leave note where. “Great ride on car only problem was that there was outdoor toys stickers stuck over the amg plates and very hard to remove with care and the number plate stickers we ordered don’t even fit in properly, I’ve contacted outdoortoys via email and still waiting for a response as I want a refund for the number plate stickers”

“Efficient delivery time but could have done with a bit of advice on the need to purchase metal stabilisers as after erecting the swings our granddaughters had to wait another couple of days before they could use the swing as it was unstable and we therefore had to order the metal spikes to stabilise it. In addition the delivery man was not helpful at all - after asking him to put the bits in the garage (at the front of the house) he left the heavy bit of the delivery -4 upright wood poles taped together so very heavy - at the front door , to leave me , a five foot one female , to move them from the front door into the garage - very gallant - NOT!!”

“Good quality product, robust, solid and nice looking... and also very easy to install. We had some issues with the delivery (one parcel got missing), but it got sorted relatively quickly. I would re-use this company for sure.”

“The order process and quality of the swing was brilliant. The build instructions were pretty poor and there is no video link on line to help you build the swing set. it might be a useful addition to your website”
