“I ordered the Audi A3, on the Friday before bank holiday and it arrived on Thursday, just before my grandson's birthday (2 years old). It arrived in good condition with all of the necessary bits and it was easy to assemble. The only snag is the remote control the instructions are on the box and not in the manuel. My grandad loves it and sat in it all day playing with it even when the battery had run out. Only after when I ordered from outdoor Toys, I saw that other companies offered number plates and driving licences free of charge but outdoor toys didn't offer this service, but this would be an added special touch.”

“Speedy delivery Product had some flaws (a couple of cracks in the plastic around the screws)but went down really well with 4 and 6 year old and was good given the price”

“The product is good service and delivery excellent but when I went back to your website to order an all weather cover I was shocked to find that the delivery was nearly as dear as the cover so didn’t buy one”

“Bought the Pink swing for our Grand daughters third birthday. Delivered quickly and delighted with the swing except there were no anchor rods in stock. Think they should automatically come with the swing.”

“Fantastic toy jeep for my daughter. Very robust (unlike a lot of toy cars). Her and her brother fit in nicely and it plays music. Huge hit. It was tricky to put together (had to watch a you tube video as the instructions weren’t very helpful) but we made it and it works brilliantly. Very pleased!”

“A great outdoor toy. Strong and sturdy. My only criticism is that it was very difficult to assemble. Took over three hours because some of the screw holes were poorly aligned”

“Item stunning but scratched. Ordered orange Lamborghini for my daughters 2nd birthday. It is an absolutely gorgeous car, so well made but the only problem is it arrived with the windscreen and bonnet covered in scratches. Wasn’t very well protected for transit. I hope my email is quickly responded to and the problem can be resolved :)”

“Trampoline looks good. To make the assembly easier the manufacturers could have colour coded parts of the circumference if the Matt to ensure the springs were equidistant and regular. Otherwise it appears well made”

“Our young grandsons absolutely love their new car. Their faces were a sight to behold. However, we are slightly disappointed that the bonnet slides forward!”

“I bought a Ford Ranger Wildtrak Style 12v Child’s Electric Ride On Jeep really cool battery life was better than expected and the remote is great for keeping my grandson from crashing. The only disappointment was the number plates were just thin stick on plastic.”

“Good price, quick delivery, lovely trampoline. Down side was that it was missing bits but apparently they’ll be sent soon to me. Trampoline has started squeeking but maybe I haven’t levelled it and secured it well enough.”

“I bought a quad it is a tenagade 35 outstanding piece of kit it is the same size as a 50cc quad and is an ideal start for skids delivery was prompt .”

“The car is amazing and has put a huge smile on our daughters face. The only problem I had was during assembly I had to saw part of the rear wheel arches off as the wheels were rubbing constantly. I imagine/hope this was a one off as the money you pay for these toys I would expect everything to fit perfectly every time. Everything else was fine and as said above the smile on my daughter's face far outweighs the minimal adjustments I had to make”

“Nice car but found a small split in the windscreen towards a wing mirror. Have sent an email just waiting for reply to find out if it will be replaced. No assembly instructions.”

“Swing arrived when expected. Appears to be all I wanted. Not assembled yet. Await better weather and verdict from our grandson 1 .1/2 years.”

“Order process was straightforward and the delivery service was excellent with the product arriving in less than 3 working days. The product itself looks great and was relatively easy to assemble and setup despite the very poor instructions. There are elements missing from the documented assembly process, but it didn’t cause me too many problems as I was able to fill in the gaps myself. The upshot was about an additional 20 mins of head scratching.”
