“It came early which was great, it all looks good haven’t put it up yet, only reason why not 5 stars is delivery guy for got half of it and dropped other half off with me the next day but as it has been under lots of other things in his van the wood has oil all over it and something green has scrapped it, not out door toys fault but I’m going to have to sponge it down and hope it all comes off”

“Was concerned after reading some reviews, but my experience was fine, great price which is why I chose to give them a go, and pool arrived in good condition one week later, only 1 less star as I felt unsure on delivery as didn’t hear anything for 5 days after I was emailed product dispatched but on 6th day courier called and delivered the next day.”

“I would have given it a excellent as the car itself was fantastic and my granddaughter loves it and I would recommend it but unfortunately I also ordered a extended warranty and a personal number plate which hasn’t came and I’ve heard nothing from you Which is very disappointing”

“Was really pleased with delivery speed and quality of item. I’d say the only thing I’m disappointed is the strap to hold my daughter in with, would be better having the buckles at the end of the strap rather than a thread through system”

“The items seem ok but the order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be.The tracking said “service fail” registered at roughly 3pm , 2 hours before the end of the delivery window yet no one informed me. I had to email to ask what had happened and was told the following day that the transport had broken down. Ok, this can happen occasionally but an email to explain on the day would have been appreciated.Seems a hiccup with the delivery firm rather than Outdoor Toys.”

“Very happy as is our little girl looks great and does so much. Only thing that marks it down is it came with a few marks and delivery was a day later than stated. Luckily I had another day before my little girls birthday.”

“Just thought I would of had confirmation on the day it was arriving as had to go to the post office and collect which was heavy. Took about 3 hours to build.”

“The trampoline arrived promptly, was exactly as described and seems of good quality, and my 3 year old and her friends have had a great time jumping on it so far! It took 2 of us a couple of hours to put up. One star off because we didn't receive a tracking number for delivery (but luckily we were in) but otherwise great.”

“The swing set is very good, strong and sturdy and worth the money. My daughter is ridiculously happy with it. Assembly was very easy and took under 2 hours. The only negative was the delivery company was 6 hours late in delivering it. We waited in all day and it arrived around 6pm after being told at 9am that it would be there between 10-12. He said his van broke down and they had to swap vans which is completely believable but a phone call would of been nice. Please use a delivery company that you can actually get in contact with too, no contact details of any use anywhere.”

“I bought this for my 4 yr old grandson and ho absolutely loved it. He helped me put it together, which was straight forward and it seems very sturdy. He and his twin brothers will have years of use hopefully.”

“Very happy with every aspect of the purchase, delivery and the swing itself is fantastic. My only Dinis with the toddler swing seat. My 8 month daughter sat in it, strapped in, leaned forward and the whole seat tipped forward because there is nothing to stop the rope slipping through. Luckily I was there to catch her but if I had stood behind the swing she would have either been on the floor or strung up by the single strap. Not safe at all, I would not recommend the toddler seat.”
