“Brilliant quality, slight criticism would be every single board and piece of wood needed pre drilling. For the price I’d expect it to be abit more straight forward to assemble.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. did find the poles were very tight to go into the brackets although I know they need to be tight. It also takes longer than 3 hours to put up. it is perfect for the children and they love it. will purchase add ons when required.”

“Great product once built, but we had difficulties putting it together without using brute force. Wooden legs were very tight fitting into the joints. We ended up damaging the mounts which then had to be put back into shape. Very hard to contact customer support to seek any guidance. Kids love it now it's in place.”

“Once together ths swing is amazing. But the intial part of the build was very difficult. The uprights into the metal brakets. Apart from that wholeheartly recommend.”

“A lovely mud kitchen once assembled, but was a bit tricky to assemble with no pre drilled holes or labelled parts. Had to get help putting it together, but it's great now assembled”

“We love the swing set. We thought that the instructions could have words instead of just following a picture were not all good at practical flat pack type things . It wasnt totally apparent that you had to buy the anchors as an extra . The baby swing rope was threaded. wrongly and whilst the customer services were lovely sending a video how to unravel it was a different rope that was wrapped around , took a bit of unravelling . There was a piece of wood missing from the slide platform , another phone call . Well done tho the anchor and missing part arrived the next day . So all in all 4 excited grandchildren It looks well made and sturdy”

“We purchased a Rebo Swing and Monkey Bars set and we are very happy with it. Delivery time was very good and the value of the product is good. The product was easy enough to assemble on the whole, however, the only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the difficult in putting the vertical wooden pieces in to the metal brackets. The horizontal wooden pieces above the swings and on the monkey bars go in fine, but the long pieces of timber that support the monkeys bars vertically and that make the A frame of the swing were too wide for the brackets. I understand that wood can change size, swell etc, but the wood was dry on delivery, remained dry and was assembled dry, so the brackets needs to be made wider to accommodate these pieces of wood if they are coming too wide. As a result, I had to cover the end of the wood and use a mallet to force them in to the bracket, which has on one piece of the A frame caused a minor split to the wood. This won't affect the strength of the frame but isn't ideal when this has been caused by bad fitting pieces of kit. As I say though, on the whole, very happy and my children love it. Other than the pieces of wood mentioned, the rest of the assembly was very easy.”

“My 5 year old loves it, especially the music function. Good battery life and good enough speed for a 5 year old. Only complaint would be that the turning circle is quite large so takes a few point turns to turn round but luckily our little boy has mastered it.”

“Swing quality is very good, however for the price I expected it to be good. There was an issue with our order which meant there was a delay sending the order out. This was dealt with promptly and they phoned to explain the issue and apologise. Can’t fault the customer service, they were very polite and dealt with the issue very quickly.”

“Love our climbing frame. There were a few pieces of wood which were split however we decided to go ahead rather than contact the company and send back. We were able to construct ourselves. We got the anchors but with the size of climbing frame they weren't needed as too heavy to move.”

“Great comms when contacted for order update. Was told item still on track to be delivered on 26 March from ordering 8 March. Item unexpectedly arrived on 22 March. Nice surprise but makes me wonder if it was ready to go sooner and my contacting the company prompted an earlier dispatch. But of a coincidence, but I'm not complaining. Excellent CS when contacted. Product looks pretty solid (due for an Easter construction) and all parts seem to be present. Even came with 2 drill bits which was a very welcomed touch. More companies could learn much from Outdoors Toys.”
