“I ordered a 2 swing play area which my girls love! The delivery was quick and I was provided with a time slot which is a huge help. On building the play area I noticed we was missing a swing. I contacted outdoor toys and one was with us a few days later. Customer service was great! The only downfall I have is the wait times when trying to contact outdoor toys. I rang a few days before delivery, to see when my item would be coming. I was in a queue for 30 minutes, got to number 2 and was cut off. The wait times on the phones is on the only reason I haven’t provided 5 stars. Thankyou”

“Ordered the lookout tower with slide, den kit and sand pit add on. Delivery was within the estimated timescales and items well packaged, no damage to the boxes etc. The build time suggested 3 hours, although it took us quite a long time just to get to grips with the instructions and labelling all the wood as some were very similar sizes. It actually took 2 of us the equivalent of 2 full days in total to build (we had to keep stopping to wrangle the toddler over what was actually 2 weeks!) and we decided not to add the den pack after putting the sand pit part in as we thought it would be a bit claustrophobic for the little one. It's a shame the wood doesn't come labelled and predrilled as that took a significant amount of time. We also must have gone a bit wonky somewhere as when we put the sandpit part in we had to sand down the lid as it wouldn't fit. It would also be good if the sandpit lid had some sort of handle to the side to make getting the lid on and off a bit easier. The wood was great quality, some stuck together a little due to sap but nothing too knotted which was great considering the amount holed and screws it needed. Our little one loves his tower and slide though and now watches birds through his binocular accessory and pretends he is driving with the steering wheel.”

“Pleasantly surprised. The wood is good quality and the instructions were easy enough for a novice to follow. My son loves this and all its add ons. It would have been nice if the add ons could be mentioned in the base instructions as we had to do a bit of unbuilding to include them! Overall - well worth the purchase!”

“Great purchase - very happy ^_^ setup took an hour. Instructions could be clearer -_^ delivered within a week! Amazing. I have noticed cracks in the wood but after reading other reviews am told its normal. Hoping thats the case.”
