We love the swing set. We thought that the instructions could have words instead of just following a picture were not all good at practical flat pack type things . It wasnt totally apparent that you had to buy the anchors as an extra . The baby swing rope was threaded. wrongly and whilst the customer services were lovely sending a video how to unravel it was a different rope that was wrapped around , took a bit of unravelling . There was a piece of wood missing from the slide platform , another phone call . Well done tho the anchor and missing part arrived the next day . So all in all 4 excited grandchildren It looks well made and sturdy
