“Very little was pre drilled but if you can use a tape a drill the swing set was easy to put up and looks good! Good delivery times and as described!”

“Good quality and solid Swing and Slide set with fast delivery. My daughter loves it but 2 things stopped me giving it 5/5. 1) The wood was absolutely soaked and had swollen so much it wouldn’t fit into the A frame brackets. We had to shave them down and hammer them in with grease for them to fit. 2) The instructions are very generic and intended to cover every variant possible. This meant nothing was measured out so you had to work everything out yourself. This includes where every screw needed to go as pilot holes have to be drilled first, the height of the main platform and the spacing of the swings.”

“Customer service was extremely polite and excellent! The order arrived sooner than we hoped. The product quality was great, the rebo beat the wall swing set vertex was a Christmas Day surprise for the children and they absolutely loved it. It wasn’t easy to build, took my husband a full day. Often this is to be expected with these things, but we also had 5 bolts missing. Fortunately we were able to use some we already had. There were no holes pre drilled so unless you have all the tools and the skills to hand this could have been a real challenge! Perhaps this should be made clear when ordering. Overall really satisfied with experience of buying from outdoor toys.”

“I only give 4 stars as the number plate is to big, doesn't fit. Maybe you consider to make this aspect better as it's a shame really. Managed to cut it but not perfect. The rest, its perfect. Arrived in 2 days from the delivery, very easy to put the parts together. The car looks amazing and I can't wait see my girl face in the morning. It was Christmas present.”

“A good toy let down by shoddy delivery service. The swing frame and nest are excellent and easy to assemble with little DIY experience required. A socket set with 13mm and 17mm sockets considerably speed up the process. What lets this toy down is the delivery service. The packages were simply dumped inside my garden gate on a rainy day. No attempt made to contact me in the house. One package, marked ‘Fragile’ and ‘This way up’, was delivered upside and was split open; by the time I realised that delivery had happened, it was sodden. Fortunately, the contents were intact.”

“Really good delivery Ordered on Tuesday and was delivered Thursday! Not opened yet as a Christmas present but it doesn’t have a picture of what is it on the box too which was good as my son was home”
