“Shocking company. A joke if you ask me. In complete order and no customer service. You stay on hold and they dont answer or reply to emails. DO NOT USE”

“No after sales to deal with an incomplete order. I can easily speak to pre sales (if you have time to hold for 30 minutes) but once payment received they will not given you the time of day. Conflicting responses off 'advisors' (I use that term loosely) from one day to the next. I just need to wait for an emailed response off the resolution team I am told. Think my small children will have passed their full driving test and I may as well put my efforts into something else and put this down to experience. Reading other reviews I can only now assume the claim that 98% would recommend outdoor toys is absolute nonsense.”

“VERY POOR SERVICE - PRODUCT WILL NOT ARRIVE! We have struggled to get any help or contact from this company. We ordered a ride on for our son for Christmas weeks ago and it has not arrived. We keep being told it is on the way but we have no shipping information and they don't have any tracking information. I have sat on hold numerous times and dont get any help.”

“THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSALUTE JOKE QUAD ORDERED FOR CHRISTMAS ON THE 1ST DECEMBER TOLD ON THE 11TH DEC WAITING FOR STICKERS TOLD ON THE 14TH STICKERS NOW IN STOCK NOW BEEN TOLD ON THE 19TH ITS BEEN DISPACHED BUT NO STICKERS AND STILL NO COMUNICATION AT ANY PONT TO TELL ME THIS, ITS TAKEN ME TO CALL 5 TIMES TO BE LIED TO EACH TIME AND LETS NOT GET STARTED ON IT TAKING THEM OVER 1 HOUR EACH CALL ON HOLD TO ANSWER AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY LIE AND NOW GOING TO HAVE A PLAIN BLACK QUAD INSTEAD OF A PINK ONE FOR MY DAUGHTER ON CHRISTMAS DAY AND THATS IF IT EVEN TURNS UP DISCRACE”

“Terrible service. We ordered a swing and slide for our grandchildren. We have had some but not all of the parts. So much money wasted. The grandchildren will be very disappointed as this was supposed to be their Christmas present. Nobody responds to emails. They are a disgrace and quick enough to take money and i have had to call everyday most times on the phone for over an hour each call at my expense to chase missing parts and all is they say is it on its way not good will never buy from them again and parts still not delivered”

“If you’re thinking of ordering from these, don’t. They ignore every email you send and they never answer the phone on either of the numbers they give you. I think it’s very sad that a company will take money from people, who are clearly ordering for children, and then ignore them. Put your money away and don’t put any trust in this company.”

“ordered a lorry for my granddaughter and my item still has not arrived i ordered it over 3 weeks ago in time for Christmas as well as paying for 3/5 day delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISSAPIONTED!!”

“Sorry to say but this is the first and last time I will purchase anything from outdoor toys. Please read the small prints! 1. Good arrived with missing fixtures and fittings (panel pins) which I had to go and purchase myself. 2. Wood has splits which look pretty major (not good quality) which I was told splits are normal 3. Green glue oozing out of splits all over the climbing ropes etc... 4. MOST MAJOR - Item was delivered 29th of August - on the 31st the Item has had a substantial discount - and the company will not honour this, so now I have to pay to send the Item back and order a new one to make a £200 saving ? In the current climate of carbon foot print etc.. surly it makes sense to honour price discounts with the 14 days cooling off period ??. Buying something very friendly any issues afterwards then forget it - no one is willing to help - as they now have your hard earned money”

“We placed an order for several items, optimistically expecting their arrival within two weeks or at most, 14 working days. However, five weeks post-order, we're still awaiting delivery and sincerely hope it arrives while it's still summer! So far, we've only received a beam, which was shipped separately due to its size. Unfortunately, the beam had a split in it, necessitating a replacement after a discussion via Twitter direct messages. It's truly disappointing that a basic visual inspection wasn't conducted before shipping. Despite receiving an apology, we were not offered any discount or compensation, and we're still waiting for the full delivery. I've awarded two stars rather than one, primarily because their customer service was at least responsive. Update: The items arrived on July 31st - having placed the order back on June 18th”

“Friendly polite driver, ordered on 28th June was so pleased as swing arrived on the 4th July. Fitted together well, great quality. Bought for our Grandaughter's 1st birthday, she loves it & it looks great in our garden as well.”

“Ordered a metal swing set with slide/boat swing/monkey bars. Delivery was good but swing set is flimsy, especially the monkey bars. The whole thing wobbles when you try to use it. I did leave a review on the product itself but it’s been deleted!”

“Just received my order today! When I originally ordered it day sat 7-14 days but upon reading the reviews i know this wasn’t going to happen, called them after two weeeks and they advised it would be another two weeks. Called them again just to check when i could expect the order. Really helpful staff on the phone on both occasions … last lady I spoke to chased the order up as she said the order was waiting on just one part. Said I would have the order by the following week which I did. Really happy with customer service apart from two week delay which isn’t an issue. Now just to build the swing/slide set! I would recommend the company despite all the bad and negative reviews!”

“We ordered a swing set for our Grandchildren. It was delivered well within the time quoted. We were kept very well informed of the delivery and the expected time of arrival. As there was no-one to receive the delivery I arranged for it to be left in a safe place. The driver put it safely round the back of the property as requested. Unfortunately the cross bar had a spilt in it which we felt was unacceptable so we contacted customer service first via email enabling us to send pictures then as there was no reply the following day I thought it best to phone and speak directly as I wanted it resolved quickly. The lady I spoke accessed the pictures that had been sent and could see why I was concerned about the cross bar. She said she would order another which would be delivered the next day. The replacement cross bar did arrive the next day just as I had been told. Brilliant service. We are more than pleased with the swing set for our Grandchildren. The price was very good and the product was everything and more than we had hoped for. All in all a very good experience. Thankyou Outdoor Toys for making it go so smoothly”

“Got quoted 7 -14 days for product and finally received it after 10 weeks, don't use the company if need item for a certain date, Son had nothing to open for his birthday. Despite this Once the product did arrive my son was made up, top quality materials and looks brilliant 5 good Stars for the product, aesthetics, and quality 5 rubbish Stars for communication, delivery times against quoted delivery times and ruining birthdays”

“I ordered the "Rebo Wooden Lookout Tower Playhouse with 6ft Slide & Swing" on 15th April and received on 16th May. I emailed for a delivery update on 10th May and received a reply on 11th May. I did try and call once, but hung the phone up after being on hold for 1h 30m. I didn't receive an email with shipping/tracking details, luckily I came home from work for lunch on the day it arrived. Some of the cardboard boxes and wood was pretty wet which suggests it was lying outside and not in a warehouse etc. However, it's now built and looks amazing, really sturdy and my son loves it. Therefore, giving 4 stars only reason not to give 5 stars is the lack of communication and being outwith the expected delivery time.”
