Terrible service, terrible communication, delivery 4 weeks after promised maximum wait! Missing parts and they don’t answer emails or the phone to missing part queries

Ordered items on the 10th of March, no response to emails, phoned last week told items could arrive this week. Spent 45mins on phone could not get a through. I would just like an update please.

**BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY *** Not received all the items. Have tried really hard to get remainder sent. They refuse to help even though on both their login and the DX couriers it clearly states that not all items have been delivered. They refuse to engage and deal with it and if you look at their own returns policy which breaches the law they don't even adhere to it. Having to take further action.

Appalling customer service. Says products in stock online but no sign of deliver of the item. I spent over 800 pounds and spent an hour on the phone yesterday no answer. Managed to get through today and said I like to cancel my order, the man on the phone sounded exhausted and did it within a seconds, no questions why just did it!! Avoid this company!

Unreliable Electric Vehicles They don't answer the phone so you can't discuss any problems. 2 Electric Vehicles both stopped working within 2 months of them being new. Very sad 3 year old and no closer to resolution as they don't answer the phone

Ordered a swing and slide set Bits arrived in 4 deliveries so far but not all parts have yet been delivered, long after the promised delivery date. Nobody answers the phone and nobody seems interested in fixing the problem

I purchased monkey bars and an adventure kit back on 20/02/2024 for my daughters main birthday present which was 27/02/2024. The delivery was late due to shipping times which was fine as i know things are out of your control when it comes to deliveries however some of the parts were missing. I first contacted you 05/03 regarding missing parts which Beth was helping with replacing. The "missing parts" that was shipped finally arrived 12/03/2024 but was incorrect and was a tiny little half circle pole. I called up 12/03/2024 and was advised the 2 correct parts would be shipped out ASAP. On 14/03/2024 i then received 1 of the correct missing parts but not the other, i called up that same day and was informed the correct part would be with me 15/03/2024. Its not 18/03/2024 and the missing part still hasn't been received, its been almost 4 weeks of problems. I have called this afternoon and advised that DX lost part of the shipment and the remaining missing part is again out for delivery. That part has since arrived and was again the incorrect part!!!!! Still not resolved over a month down the line. Emailed your complaints dept 4 times first offered £40 giftcard which isn't good enough and my other 3 emails no response AVOID!!!!!!

I've had the most appalling service after spending over £500 on player equipment. It has arrived over for deliveries, over a week, unannounced, I have repeatedly called and emailed about these issues. We heard a curtained for tomorrow to put it together but we have no idea if we now have all of the equipment. I wish I hadn't purchased from your company!

UNPROFESSIONAL!! I recently purchased an electric vehicle, and unfortunately, the remote that was included was faulty and lacked a back cover. It gives the impression that I may have received a previously returned item. Despite reaching out to the company through email, phone calls and Instagram, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of the issue. Instead my email address was blocked by this company. It is disheartening when a company fails to address customer concerns after a purchase. I have read multiple negative reviews from previous customers, highlighting the unprofessionalism of this company. It appears that purchasing from this company carries a certain level of risk, as there may be limited assistance in resolving any product-related issues.

Order to be delivered in 3-5 days its now been 14 days. No one replies to emails. 30/40 mins on hold. No answer. £900 order and no way of communicating

I ordered a play equipment 10 days ago and apart from a confirmation of my order I had no product delivered, no communication, no response from their info email, their complaints and returns email bounce back and their line is just an automated message where you're on hold for 30 mins or more and no one answers. I would stay away from this company and order elsewhere. I have paid almost £400 and I have no product or no way of knowing if I can get it at some point or get my money back.

I purchased a Rebo Steel Series Metal Swing Set + Monkey Bars & Slide - Single Green × 1 from this company. The item arrived incomplete with no slide. I have emailed the company and received no response. I have telephone the company only to be on hold with an automated message and no one answering the phone.

We ordered the Rebo Wooden Swing Set with Deck & Slide plus Up & over climbing wall on the 23rd February 2024. It arrived with 7 days, the slide was missing but that followed on a few days later and wasn’t a problem. My 5 year old grandson absolutely loves it,and seems really well made and sturdy. The whole process was easy , and Beth was lovely to deal with and had the missing slide ordered and dispatched the same day. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone considering purchasing garden toys. Delivery guy from DX was very helpful and polite .

I ordered a car for my grandson for Christmas which arrived on time - my sons family were going away for Christmas so this was only opened in the New Year - The personalised number plate was found to be missing - i rang their contact number - they could not have been more helpful and reordered the number plate without question and arranged it to be sent out to my grandson - thank you - the car is excellent as I also found the customer service!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY order a quad in June 2023, ever since we got it, it would stop occasionally and then it started getting worse. quad was picked up on 24th October and i now have to make a ccj against them as they have lost the quad and refuse to replace or supply a refund. my son is so upset. he loved it. thank you for breaking his heart. been calling and emailing and no body does or knows anything.

Ordered an Electric Car for Christmas on 19/11/23. 9 Days later I was told that the transaction had been flagged as possibly fraudulent and had to prove my address. I then got a dispatch email. After waiting the 10 working days I still had not received my order. It then took several calls (Involving a good 30 minute wait before I got through) and several emails to be told it was a issue with the delivery company having lost it. I was told they would chase and inform me which they never did so I had to chase several times. Eventually they decided to give me a refund as the product is now out of stock. I have had to chase this again as I was told I would receive a confirmation email of the refund that never came. After another call I have been told the refund has been issues and should be in my account in 24-48 hours. This has been my worst experience ordering online ever and the customer services are shambles. They do not seem to really care about their customers and I would advise not ordering from here.

We ordered a swing set for Christmas and when attempting to put it up on Christmas Eve we discovered we were missing essential items. Emailed three times, phoned several times and no response on the phone line after waiting for 30 mins each time.

Ordered a electric bike on the 4th December still mothing been told it was delivered on 14 December lies sent emails 1 silly reply 45 min to get someone on the phone to be told they checked the order and its been signed by a diffrent name and no photo proof i pitty the fool that gets me on the phone on the 27 arseholes as my kids xmas is ruined
