Terrible service. We ordered a swing and slide for our grandchildren a month ago. We have had some but not all of the parts. So much money wasted. The grandchildren will be very disappointed as this was supposed to be their Christmas present. Nobody responds to phone calls or emails. They are a disgrace.
I am thinking of getting in touch with Watchdog.
