I ordered a play equipment 10 days ago and apart from a confirmation of my order I had no product delivered, no communication, no response from their info email, their complaints and returns email bounce back and their line is just an automated message where you're on hold for 30 mins or more and no one answers.
I would stay away from this company and order elsewhere. I have paid almost £400 and I have no product or no way of knowing if I can get it at some point or get my money back.
