“The ordering process was smooth, the goods were dispatched the day after ordering, and were delivered within 5 working days, as promised. However, we were not given any advice as to which day to expect the delivery, which is poor. The goods were appropriately packaged and in good condition, though two pieces of timber were damp and apparently swollen, needing sanding down to fit. There were separate assembly instructions for each part (swing frame, platform & slide attachment, glider, etc.), but no overarching advice on the order in which to do things, nor little details like 'if you have the steering wheel add-on, affix this before fitting the bar for attaching the platform to the swing frame', which would have been useful! The instructions were not always easy to follow - there's room for improvement - but nothing that really threw us. £200 charge for professional assembly seemed a lot, but I wouldn't recommend self-assembly unless you have a good selection of tools available (power sander, drill, screwdriver, socket set, etc), and the strength and experience to use them. Not a job for a beginner! That said, the end result is brilliant - sturdy, smart and great fun for the grandkids. We didn't need to contact the company for any post-sales help, so I can't comment on their customer service.”

“Ordering process very simple and product seems to be good quality. Only 4/5 stars because on delivery of 3 large boxes (trampoline) was left on the drive at an address where they were away, so we had to do 1 1/2 hour round trip to go and move it to a safe place.”

“More construction required than we were expecting, but overall the swing and climbing wall good and solid. Great shame that delivery took so long and that we had to contact outdoor toys to progress. Also, quite irritating to be asked for a review immediately after goods left outdoor toys before it had even arrived at courier and again before we had received the goods!”

“Instruction were straight foward , just to make it a bit easier be good to number up the items and boxes save opening up all of them to build it. It seems to be good quality equipment. The onlt one thing was building the platform for the slide the bolts and nuts to secure it did were not long enough to fit 2 washers eaither end , so could not fit the washers.”

“Absolutely love the end product, however two bits where damaged on arrival and we had to pay for a carpenter to put it together as there was no pilot holes to give any direction. I either missed this or it was not clear, the instructions say two people taking the be hour to assemble. An experienced carpenter took 3 hours-so we had no chance!”

“The climbing frame we ordered is BRILLIANT!!! We have a rebo double swing and slide and the kids are sooooooo happy with it. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the packaging was questionable. It was just wrapped in plastic black bags and the delivery company used was a bit questionable. He swore in front of my 2 year old because the pallet broke and he had difficulty getting it out. I was shocked it wasn’t damaged when I watched him try to unload it from the van with no pallet and the plastic bags got very ripped. But luckily no damaged bits and no “lost screws” in the process thank goodness. Happy with the product though and the speed of delivery was much faster than the website quoted (by almost 2 weeks).”

“Awesome bit of kit, it didn't take long to assemble at all and the kids absolutely love it. It would have been 5 stars but the instructions didn't match up to exactly what we'd ordered so the hubby assembled it wrong initially, once I pulled a photo off the website and he was able to correct it easily.”

“The double swing looks good and seems sturdy. I would recommend, however there were no instructions on how to assemble with anchors and it did not take 1hour to build as suggested, it took much longer as the instructions are not very clear. Also there is no advice about which type of anchors to buy, we went for heavy duty anchors but did not need them and had to return them and purchase standard ones instead.”

“A good solid product. Two suggestions: pre-drilling of the screw holes by the manufacturer would save customers a huge amount of time. The bolts fixing the slide to the frame were too short. Other than that, good. Incidentally, I received the wrong set of instructions but your staff emailed me the right ones very quickly. .”

“Lovely swing set which will keep my children entertained over the summer. Strong, sturdy and well made. Only didn’t give a 5 star review as the instructions weren’t clear on how to assemble. There was no instructions in assembling the see-saw. Considering this isn’t a cheap version of this outside toy, I was surprised that the holes for swing attachments etc weren’t pre-drilled. These had to be estimated to give enough space between each. Somewhat disappointing. However delivery was quicker than expected and the overall product is very good”
