“Absolutely first class customer service. A phone call was handled politely and speedily and after I had sent a video of my problem my email the response came back which gave me a link to a video instruction as to how to cure my problem. Within 2 minutes I was sorted. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Maria was pleasant and couldn't have done anything more. Thank you Osmio, I have no hesitation in recommending you 100%”

“Absolutely first class Customer Service which is second to none. Maria took all the details and supplied a link to a video which gave excellent instructions in how to resolve my problem myself.
