“I found the website quickly online by putting in the name of the water filter and the reference number. I ordered by phone on Thursday and DPD delivered at lunchtime on Friday. Excellent service”

“Great idea and I thought it was one of the most affordable filters on the market. The problem is, no matter how much I love it (and I do) it's just a silly, expensive machine. We have had to change the cartridges every 2 months and the water is not even that hard where we are. On top of that, there seems to be a never-ending fault with the 'fill tank' light. Customer service are helpful but it's just a bit endless with the problems. Maybe it might get fixed but this machine doesn't seem very robust.”
