“The tri flow tap I bought looks and feels very good quality but I have not had chance to install it yet so I can't comment on it's functionality. The reason I have to give you a rating of 'poor' is because you did not include any paper installation instructions or manual with the tap but you sent me a link to a Youtube video - which I find unacceptable. I rang and requested the installation guide and manual as a PDF document I could keep on my computer and apparently you don't have one. For a tap at this price I would have expected a paper installation booklet in with the tap.”

“We recently purchased the Osmio Zero Reverse standing water filter. As we rent a flat, plumbing a water filter in is not an option. We are delighted with our filter. You never quite know what you are getting in your tap water, but now we know we aren’t getting anything we don’t want to consume. The water tastes good. The filter is easy to fill and clean and is affordable. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to ensure they are not consuming unwanted toxins in their tap water.”

“A good service overall, but preferred the previous system of being able to order by phone. The issue is knowing what product is needed and where to find it in the large variety on offer. Also the advice on new and alternative products was useful. In my view Osmio are missing an opportunity to sell products.”

“Items arrived quickly. Upon payment a £25 postage charge was added, which was not shown when the standard postage option was selected. Also on a technical level, there is no real meaningful data on how the Osmio fluoride or charcoal filters actually perform, when compared with Berkey for example who provide detailed scientific lab testing results. When you pay £330 for a whole house filter, you really want that level of information and assurance, especially as we live in an age where 1 in 2 people are potentially going to be effected by a type of cancer in their lifetime.”

“The technical helpline were fast and efficient hence the acceptable rating. However the replacement tap valve was faulty & damaged the tap handle. OK it happens but I am now expected to pay £15 for a new tap handle the faulty part damaged”

“My husband LOVES this! He is a super fan of this machine & is in heaven now we have it. He did a lot of research & is really happy with the looks, taste & health benefits of having it. It was so easy to set up, looks fine on our work surface & is dispensing lovely water. I also like it - I enjoy having hot water for my morning coffee without waiting for the kettle to boil, but I still use the kettle on occasions. I also find the 25C water just a tad too luke warm, so keep a jug of water in the fridge for proper chilled drinking.”

“Osmio offer a very wide range of water treatment products. I chose the BMB 8 litre water softener to replace an old softener which had failed after many years of service. “Happy with the Zero RO machine and hydrogen water bottle. Packaging not excessive which is good. Stickers on the machine leave mark which is slight inconvenience. Would order from Osmio again.”

“I have spoken to KSENIJA a couple of times recently and I couldn't believe how helpful and polite she was. She sent me a link to the 2.5 x 10 inch KDF and GAC filter I had recently purchased to show me more detailed information of the constituent parts. When I had a problem fitting the filter to my housing she came to aid by requesting a photo of my housing, on receipt of which she was able to resolve my problem. It is lovely to speak to such a well mannered helpful young lady, sadly, this is something which does not happen very often nowadays. A valuable member of staff - 5 Stars to her!”

“I have been a customer for some years now. Ordered replacement supplies are received quickly. The only problem I have is that it takes ages for the drinking water to stop running black through this filtering system, however long I let it run! I have to use bottled water for at least a week.”

“Needed to replace our old triflow tap, these fitted the bill perfectly. I ordered on a Friday evening not expecting it until Monday but it arrived on Saturday. Great price and even better service. Can not recommend more.”
