“I would have given excellent but the manual is not comprehensive enough. I rang for technical support which was helpful but more detail needs to be provided in the manual. Happy so far with the water bottle and feeling the benefit. Hopefully this will continue.”

“Great product. Haven’t tested the strength of water yet but the videos online give me confidence. Only suggestion would be to make the battery a bit better and also make the bottle lid hex shape so you can get it tighter. I tighten it as hard as I can but still it leaks.”

“I feel compelled to set the record straight given all the positive reviews here. The Osmio water filter is not fit for purpose since the company expects customers to descale the entire appliance which involves removing dozens of tiny fiddly screws and reassembling small parts. I was not offered adequate customer support and had to cut my losses within less than a year. The appliance is expensive and high maintenance.”

“Osmio water were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I purchased replacement UV bulbs and quartz sleeves from there website. When delivered one of the packages had been damaged and everything in it was destroyed. I emailed Osmio water and sent pictures. They had the replacement dispatched the next day. Top company!”
